This property is highly recommended for its Location, Cleanliness, Host, Room and Value for money. The property is located in a posh area of Ballygunge, which is easily accessible to nearby malls and hangout places. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated and maintained. The host is hospitable, warm and thoughtful, adding an extra value to the accommodation. The property is clean, stylish, homely and has beautiful interiors. It is a great place to stay for short or long hauls, and is definitely worth the money.

  The property is located in a great area and all the top spots in the city are easily accessible. The location is very prominent with nearby mall, restaurants, markets, etc. Thumbs up for travel convenience. The apartment is airy but the attention to detail in terms of hospitality is missing. Location is not the best, nothing much nearby, no shops that we found, further from center too. The area is quiet. There is only this problem of not having amenities, shops, etc. very nearby in case you are planning to cook. The flat is in a great location and it's a good jumping-off point for the city. The home is in a fantastic upscale location and very clean. The location is pretty good but I enjoy exploring the cities by foot so I was able to reach almost everything I want by walking. The host is accommodating, friendly, very helpful. The place is nice with a really good bed and a large room. The location was great and the house had a very homely atmosphere. The flat was nice and airy and we felt right at home. The home itself is in a great location, easy to access via public transport and quiet and green. Minal's apartment is a great place to stay in Kolkata! The room is very cozy and comfortable and I really felt at home there.

• Cleanliness

  Minal's apartment is exactly as described. Her home is beautiful and cozy! Her home is in a fantastic upscale location and very clean. The room I stayed was well-ventilated and maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The apartment looks slightly old from the outside but rest assured that the house itself is great with all modern facilities. The place was in a very quiet neighborhood and very central to anywhere in Kolkata. The place is good and so is Minal. The apartment is safe and you have your privacy. The washroom needs a complete overhaul. Overall, not such a great experience. For the amount you are paying, I think better service levels can be expected.

• Host

  Minal was very helpful in making sure that I was comfortable in the place and suggested places in and around as well. Minal is a very hospitable person and adds an extra 20 of value to this accommodation. Minal has a lovely home. Clean, stylish, homely. Minal was super quick to reply, very flexible, home was in a superb location, and she provided all the local info a person could need. Minal was a superb host, very helpful and prompt in her communication, even accommodating our early check-in. Minal was an awesome host. Me and my gf stayed there for a week. Her apartment is awesomely located and it really feels like a home away from home. The hostess Minal is polite, unobtrusive, kind, and helpful. If ever the opportunity dawns on a guest, do make it a point to spend a few minutes with the hostess as time spent with her will be a delightful experience.

  Our room had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The room is very cozy and comfortable and I really felt at home there. The room was clean, cool, and beautifully furnished. The apartment is airy but the attention to detail in terms of hospitality is missing. The apartment marble floor gets really cold during winters so you might wanna carry some indoor footwear for that. The washroom needs a complete overhaul. The apartment is safe and you have your privacy. The flat is in a great location and it's a good jumping-off point for the city. The location was great and the house had a very homely atmosphere.

  Great place and value for money. Very nice place at an affordable price. A location with an A host. You would be a fool to stay anywhere else.
