My experience was very terrible & worst in 1st time,I feel hotel both.1st thing I was book hotel in 15 March 2025,when we reached hotel,the room was worst condition,after that I am requesting to other clean & hygienic room,hotel honour said that not possible,hotel honour shifted to other hotel i.e hotel lord Krishna,he provide me Non AC room,door lock is not available, bathroom is very dirty,bedsheet was very dirty,torn & ripped,almira was also very dirty,bucket is also missing in bathroom,towel & shop is also not provided.i am repeatedly tells receptionist as well as your customer care related my issue but no one resolved my problem,resultant me & my wife not able to sleep properly.i am very disappoint your behaviour related to customer issue.

As per triple deluxe room it is very small in size and double bedroom is provided as triple deluxe room. Manager dipak is good guy and helpful.
