Country Club Begumpet

Multiple issues 1. Horribly rude and unfit staff on the desk 2. Rooms does not match the projected facilities 3. Rooms were smelly and i had to change the room 4. Had to ask for soap and towels 5. They shut down warm water by 10 in the morning 6. Breakfast was clearly mentioned in the booking, but the person said it is a wrong commitment trip and i was not provided breakfast for which i had paid. 7. I had to argue for early check-in amount to be added in the bill. The manager said its not possible as it’s from the third party, i paid 500 for early check-in but that is not mentioned in the bill. 8. Bathrooms were too old and unhygienic. 9. Having stayed for 3 nights i checked out as per schedule, post handing over the key i felt the need of using the washroom, when i asked the receptionist for using the washroom he said “we can’t allow you to use the washroom in the room, you will need to use the washroom that is meant for the house keeping staff”. 10. In short, it was one of the worst stay experience i would never recommend anyone to even think of staying in this Country Club Begumpet. 11. I would also like to have the clarification on the rs 500 paid for early check-in and also refund of the amount paid for breakfast.

Nice & courteous staff neat & clean washrooms well maintained & comfortable bed to sleep. Easy access close to metro station. Country club lively restaurants near by. Best place for comfortable stay in begumpet hyderabad only issue no restaurant value for money

My stay was peaceful and staff was good, just the rooms were a bit old and shabby and the breakfast was okay. Overall the stay went smooth so, i would definitely recommend the Country Club Begumpet.

The stay was good but the maintenance could have been better. There were no water bottles in the room also the comforters were untidy. And the toiletries were not available

The country club Country Club Begumpet is strategically located and so very easy to go to any part of the city especially during peak traffic hours.

It was a peaceful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable in short a comfortable and affordable stay.

Centrally located, access to hyderabad metro. Affordabl3 and reasonable cost, spacious rooms. Acc3ss to the country club facilities.
