Pros: Location, food quality. Cons: Untrained Staff (Allotted twin beds inspite of booking double bed). Had to talk to multiple people to sort it out. Got to know that Hotel GM took the valet boy to drive his car and we have to park our car in a nearby ground. Post check out, received call from hotel to collect one leftover item. When reached hotel, got to know that item belongs to some other room. Overall some improvements are required on the operations side.

Extremely poor experience at Country Inn by Radisson, Kota (6–7 Oct 2025). No hot water in the room — I waited over two hours after repeatedly calling room service. They promised to send a bucket of hot water, but no one came. Had to leave for an 800 km journey the next morning without even being able to take a proper shower. Very disappointing service and unhelpful staff. Not what you expect from a Radisson property. Would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their basic facilities and responsiveness.

hotel..I checked in at 4 pm..the kitchen staff refused to serve Indian cuisine, not even dal and rice saying Indian kitchen is closed at 3.30 pm...had to give pasta which my 5 yr old kid doesn't eat and it's junk food for her, since I was left with no option. Food n beverages service is highly mismanaged. Rooms and service and location are very good otherwise
