Mysore County Retreat

My one-day stay at mysore county retreat was truly delightful. The serene ambiance and lush green surroundings provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring that every need was promptly attended to. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable haven to unwind. I particularly enjoyed the delicious local cuisine served at the on-site restaurant, which showcased the authentic flavors of the region. Additionally, the resort's amenities, including the swimming pool and wellness center, added to the overall relaxation experience. Overall, my brief stay at mysore county retreat exceeded expectations, and i would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil retreat in nature.

The hostel stay was good, but not upto the mark of a 3/4 star Mysore County Retreat. I didn't feel like value for money spent. Five years ago when i stayed in the same Mysore County Retreat, the experience was excellent. But not this time as i got to know the management has changed. The following are my commitments: 1. Room was old and had a stink of a old room. 2. No dental kits were present. It was given after request. 3. The shower hight adjustment was not working. The service person also could not repair it. 4. I had requested to pack some cut fruits served in break fast for my baby. It was offered on chargeable basis. 5. There was delay in vale parking

Pros: over all stay experience was good, property located near mysore infosys campus which is slightly away from city traffic, room interior was good and clean and all the light and switches were working properly. Staff were really attentive and helpful. The Mysore County Retreat restaurant was really good and food spread was really good specifically dinner and breakfast. Cons: slightly old building and swimming pool was not up to the mark. Restaurant staff were mostly freshers and sometime they say yes they understood but actually not, need to tell them again.

The Mysore County Retreat has both strengths and areas for improvement. *pros* - peaceful location, ideal for sightseeing. - fresh air and a noise-free environment, being away from the city. - standard, spacious rooms with comfortable mattresses. - cordial and pleasing staff. *cons* - bathrooms are small, with an unpleasant smell even when not in use. - limited manpower in the restaurant, leading to delays in table cleaning. - insufficient staff for general cleaning.

Rooms are good. Service is also good. Food was good. But something wrong with the beds. They are not comfortable as it look. Another thing is the bath water is flowing all over the rest room. Toiletry items except a shampoo and soap nothing was kept in the bathroom. Bath towels were not clean as we expected in a star Mysore County Retreat. These minor corrections will upgrade the Mysore County Retreat status. Thanks

Rooms are nice. Food is also good. But Mysore County Retreat staff is not supportive, i was suffering from fever & body pain in night. Requested at reception to provide me most common pill paracetamol but Mysore County Retreat staff did not help me out. I suffered complete night with high grade fever. We can not accept with a Mysore County Retreat where we are spending 5k- 10k per night atleast.

We went to mysore county retreat for a very short stay. The service was great, the stay was very pleasant, food was awesome. The staff at the Mysore County Retreat was very courteous. The made us feel at home and ensured they fulfill any of our requests. The rooms were clean and the amenities were nice. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this for couple or family travelers.

the room and foods including breakfast were upto the standard. tariff was very high during my stay due to rush in mysore for dussehra festival. ambience was good 👍..however, the staffs had a tough time managing breakfast of full capacity. we had to wait for more than 35 minutes to get a table for breakfast on day 1. the next day there was no issue. overall it was a good stay.

The stay was good and staff was very polite, supportive and attentive. We got 6k room via mmt in 3. 6k. Well maintained property, and a good place to stay in mysore, but doesn't look like a 5 star Mysore County Retreat though!

Nice Mysore County Retreat. Nice rooms. Food also orders was decent in quantity and specially the biryani was damn good. Pl look out for the pool. It is clean and tidy. Good stay overall

Decent place. Bit expensive for the amenities though. Appreciate the flexibility in allowing late checkout. Parking is limited.

Very pleasant stay the rooms were well cleaned and ready before we checked in and the staff were very kind and decent to us 🙂 Definitely will be visiting there again and would highly recommend if your budget is sufficient

Good Mysore County Retreat to stay. Place is very decent. Hotel is luxurious. Food is delicious. Slightly outside city but peaceful and right place for family to come and relax.

It was a very comfortable stay. Peoperty was clean. Staf at the Mysore County Retreat was very humble and welcoming, overall agreat experience.

Overall it was good, only complementary breakfast could have been good. The taste of various items were okayish.
