we stayed for 3 nights. it's a nice property with great ambiance and neat and clean. staff is adequate and well behaved. check in/out was prompt and cool. buffet breakfast spread was awesome and everything tasted so well. service was excellent. 3B pool side restaurant was also good. room was quite spacious, neat and clean and well maintained. toiletries and drinking water etc were provided adequately.

Till a few years I was a regular visitor to this hotel because of some business interest in the area.The trip this time too was likeable however the hotel has lost it's personal touch.I could see that the footfall has increased but the hotel staff has become distant and sort of automated.Maybe the effect of change in management.I believe now the Radisson Group etc owns it.I can only say,I'll give one more try to the hotel in another 2 months when I visit Delhi area and if I still find empathy,concern missing then that would be my last stay at this hotel.Radisson management could get some earlier management people back for loyal customers to keep returning.I hope someone reads this and takes action - Colonel Ashwini Sudan (Retired),Indian Army
