Had visited recently, the location is poorly connected and road to reach have traffic plus lot of potholes in the road. The rooms Deluxe King were pretty standard in the prize. The property is well maintained specially have very good options for kids. Service is super slow - Room dine in, Restaurant, or Bar - all have slow and sluggish service. Rest rooms did not have air purifier despite being mentioned in the booking . I booked through MMT they said i can use 1000 INR credit against expenses at hotel (not for rooms) but property made it strictly for restaurant dine in only. It was wasted because we already booked meals.

We booked Courtyard by Marriott for a family staycation mainly because the ground staff at check-in informed us about several activities like go-karting, cycling, and more. However, when we tried to avail these, we were told that all such activities have been closed for the last few months. This was quite disappointing, especially since we were traveling with kids and had chosen the property for these facilities. The only activity available was the swimming pool, which was nice but not enough to keep the kids engaged. We also heard similar complaints from other guests facing the same issue. It would be better if the hotel updated their information accurately at the time of booking and check-in to avoid

We got the room at 7 pm after waiting for 3 hours to be checked in because of an ongoing wedding. We ordered food at 9.30 pm, it was not delivered till 11 pm, then we went to reception and then to the kitchen twice to get the room service delivered to us finally at 11.30 with food that had turned warm as it was ready for a long time but there probably was no one to deliver but no one could locate where our food was. At the buffet breakfast the next morning, we went at 10 am and till 10,30 am we could not get a seat to sit and eat. It was a terrible experience and we don’t recommend this place to anyone

My experience at this so-called 5-star hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite the high price of per night, the stay felt like a complete waste of money. The room location was terrible and isolated, and even the overall hotel location left a lot to be desired. There were barely any amenities provided—no conditioner and not even basic hand wash in the room. These are basic expectations from any reputable hotel, let alone one that claims to be 5-star. I strongly feel the quality and comfort did not match the cost at all. Definitely not worth the price and would not recommend it to others.

It was my birthday week and I hadn't planned anything so I ended up making a last moment reservation in Courtyard by Marriott Aravalli. My booking was only for a day but the stay was beyond my expectations. The staff was kind enough to upgrade my room to a suite and do some amazing birthday decorations as well. My checking in process was also very smooth as the staff accompanied me to our room and finished the process there in the room itself as the reception was crowded due to a program happening on the same day. The rooms were comfortable and cozy and the food was also great. The pool area is quite big and we enjoyed some time there post which we also took a couples therapy in their in house spa Nilaya. It was a great experience in all. I would specially like to thank Miss Mampi and her team for calling us ahead of time and assisting with our check in and stay. She was very kind as she planned for beautiful decorations and cake cutting in our room as well. I'll definitely visit again and recommend this place to my friends and family.

Review: I had a wonderful staycation at Courtyard Faridabad on 3rd October! The overall experience was just amazing — from the warm hospitality to the relaxing ambiance, everything felt perfect. Terrible hospitality

Since check in, the bellboy didn't take the luggage to the room and on the contrary we had to take our luggage back. On reaching the room, we checked the in room dining for order. So whatever was displayed on the menu, the bar punched the same at a higher price and this is all before taxes. Post this we were promised drinks by the pool till 10 pm to which the hotel staff denied by saying that we have no clue about it and 8pm is the last order for that. This has been the worst stay ever in my life and I would rate it poorly overall.
