Worst experience never try this hotel for star category experience which is immediately to get renovated without fail

very nice stay at reasonable prices. delicious breakfast. Great service by very polite and humble staff.

Terrible place, pathetic service- they make you wait for hours for every damn request. The lobby stinks of washroom, the food servicing at buffet even worse , you keep requesting and it feels they are obliging us by serving . Will never stay here again.

Horrible night. Midnight neighbour party and loud music has disturbed our sleep. Plus the in room service is pathetic. You have to wait for min 1hr to get anything to eat.

Worth the money, when you stay here you're assured quality, you even get a small gift at the end of your stay! The towels are clean and smell nice. They clean the bathrooms and rooms everyday. Your mind just relaxes once you're there. Food also was good that we had all meals there itself!

in the confirmation voucher sent through email, it is mentioned as 3 adluts. but while check in at hotel, they asked to pay for extra person. then if has shown it is only for 2 Adluts, then I wouldn't have made the booking

I had a very pleasant stay. The property was well maintained, the location was convenient, and the facilities were comfortable. The food was good and the staff was courteous and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend to others.

I did not got anything on my previous review

As explained earlier, the room and facilities were satisfactory during our check-in on 14th August. However, upon our re-check-in on 18th August, the rooms were not up to our expectations. We also experienced a foul smell from the bathroom and its water, and the bathroom provided appeared to be designed for elderly or differently abled persons, which did not meet our requirements.

The stay from 14/8 to 17/8 was good, but on 18/8/25, when we were allotted rooms, the water had a foul smell.

There 2 main issues we booked for 2 rooms and both had issues In one room the air conditioner was not working And in the second room the washroom had issue that is water was clogging

Stay was very nice , excellent ambience, easy access very near to AGDMS metro station, very good breakfast and excellent service

The rooms were comfortable. All amenities were available with timely cleaning. However, the food needs to be better. During my entire stay I tried different meals but didn't like anything. For example pesarattu was extremely thin, paper dosa no taste, pasta sauce absolutely raw, North Indian food just about ok.

It was very good. I liked being there at coutyard by marriott. Very nice ambience, excellent food.

I think a hotel experience is dependent on how active the staff is. There were several instances that soured my experience: 1- I had an event at the hotel where we had booked the Narmada hall for about 40 journalists. The session was to be followed by lunch at 12:30pm but I was informed that it can only start by 1pm. Several of my guests left but the lunch only started at 1. 2. the room walls are super thin, as a solo traveler, it was almost scary. 3. I wasn't comfortable in the room I was given, so I asked the staff to change it, 1st day they said they don't have any rooms but they'll do it on the next day. next day, they asked me to pack my bags and be ready, after an hour of waiting, multiple calls to reception, multiple hold ups later, they changed my room-rather degraded the option I had originally paid for. So yeah, it was a bad experience, still giving them average marks.

The location of Hotel is good, but it lacks open spaces. The parking was a problem. The rooms interior is very old. The service staff in the room. Trinity was very good and reception. Check-in person. Mr Sharma was also very helpful. The breakfast layout is good. the breakfast team try to serve you very well And lack of swimming pool is a shortcoming Overall, very good location, Service and food, Room interiors, open Spaces View from windows, this is just average if you compare the cost

The parking Place was congested. The rooms were neat and well maintained. The staff was also quite accommodating.
