Very good and comfortable hospitality good reception warm welcome easy check in

It is a modern day hotel where food ahd accommodation can be called sufficent for bonafide custokers.

The room was crampy, one single sofa would have been ok instead of the big one. There was nothing inside the refrigerator, no tea/coffee maker in the room. I ordered a noodle soup with garlic bread for in-room dining - the soup was bland and garlic bread very dry.

great , I got in a good price .. and they also gave me a complimentary breakfast with the same price .. the staff was very friendly

Terrible place, pathetic service- they make you wait for hours for every damn request. The lobby stinks of washroom, the food servicing at buffet even worse , you keep requesting and it feels they are obliging us by serving . Will never stay here again.

Horrible night. Midnight neighbour party and loud music has disturbed our sleep. Plus the in room service is pathetic. You have to wait for min 1hr to get anything to eat.

Worth the money, when you stay here you're assured quality, you even get a small gift at the end of your stay! The towels are clean and smell nice. They clean the bathrooms and rooms everyday. Your mind just relaxes once you're there. Food also was good that we had all meals there itself!

in the confirmation voucher sent through email, it is mentioned as 3 adluts. but while check in at hotel, they asked to pay for extra person. then if has shown it is only for 2 Adluts, then I wouldn't have made the booking

I had a very pleasant stay. The property was well maintained, the location was convenient, and the facilities were comfortable. The food was good and the staff was courteous and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend to others.

I did not got anything on my previous review

As explained earlier, the room and facilities were satisfactory during our check-in on 14th August. However, upon our re-check-in on 18th August, the rooms were not up to our expectations. We also experienced a foul smell from the bathroom and its water, and the bathroom provided appeared to be designed for elderly or differently abled persons, which did not meet our requirements.

The stay from 14/8 to 17/8 was good, but on 18/8/25, when we were allotted rooms, the water had a foul smell.
