Courtyard by Marriott Chennai

I had the pleasure of staying at the marriott Courtyard by Marriott Chennai in chennai just a week ago, and i must say it was a truly delightful experience. The marriott brand has always been synonymous with luxury and comfort, and this particular Courtyard by Marriott Chennai lived to the expectations. Check-in: upon arrival, i was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional Courtyard by Marriott Chennai staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff providing me with all the necessary information about the Courtyard by Marriott Chennai facilities and amenities. They also took the time to answer my questions and ensure that i had a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Room: i was assigned a spacious and well-appointed room that exuded elegance and modernity. The room was tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The blackout curtains helped much with a peaceful morning. The amenities provided, including a flat-screen tv, mini-bar, etc etc. Were all top-notch. Cleanliness: cleanliness is of paramount importance to me, and i was pleased to find that the marriott Courtyard by Marriott Chennai in chennai maintained impeccable hygiene standards throughout the property. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless and tidy. The bathroom was pristine and stocked with luxurious toiletries. Dining: this is usually my favorite about a Courtyard by Marriott Chennai stay. And this Courtyard by Marriott Chennai too had an impressive menu and dining area. The Courtyard by Marriott Chennai offered a variety of dining options to suit every palate. I had the opportunity to dine at their on-site restaurant, which served a delectable array of local and international cuisine. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the service provided by the waitstaff was good. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide selection of delicious dishes to start the day off right. Service: the staff at the marriott Courtyard by Marriott Chennai in chennai truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. From the concierge desk to the housekeeping staff, almost everyone i encountered was friendly, courteous, and attentive, any requests or inquiries i had were addressed, and the staff made me feel valued as a guest. Especially, nasim/nazim from the concierge/front desk was very helpful and attentive to the needs of the child and us- as i was travel-ling with a baby and auntie. He had a nice personality and attitude towards assisting his guests and i also learned he was from asam. So thank you so much nazim for your attentive and prompt mannerism toward us during the stay. Location: the Courtyard by Marriott Chennai's location was another highlight of my stay. It was conveniently situated in a vibrant part of the city, close to popular attractions shopping centers, etc etc. Overall, my stay at the marriott Courtyard by Marriott Chennai in chennai was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and convenient location made it a memorable experience. The only thing i have to say negative is about the elevator system in which one have to put in the room card each time to go up and down. So the "card system" caused a inconvenience for me (with the baby getting fussy hence making the mother cranky) even though it's considered as for security of the guests it need to be changed to a better system as it is very difficult for those people coming to stay with infants and/or wheelchair assists with that system in cases the card is malfunction or you simply forget to take your card. Other than that it was a great stay! i highly recommend this Courtyard by Marriott Chennai to anyone visiting chennai, and i look forward to returning in the future. This has been my first ever stay in marriott chennai. Although i am a frequent traveller to chennai have never explored the property. Overall the property is very good. One remarkable change i have noticed the excellent service by the staffs. Be it the front desk, housekeeping, bell desk all are ready to serve with a smile. I travel for business across the country and have observed that there is substantial deterioration in staff behaviour of Courtyard by Marriott Chennais. It might be due to stress or other issues. However seeing the service levels of marriott team i am quite surprised. I feel this makes a lot of changes in one’s stay in a Courtyard by Marriott Chennai if one gets service with smile.

Leisure trip over the weekend. Wanted to just relax with family. Room is big, but not having sufficient lights. Curtains/blinds are not automated. No beverage or snacks inside room despite premium room with bathtub. No separate bath enclosed space is disappointing. Some space is wasted i think non usable. Like i can't sit with laptop. Gf resturant is not having good chimney to avoid too suffocating smell if just stand on 1st floor balcony. I gave separate feedback on food quality. Pineapple & watermelon were little stale. Service and housekeeping good. Spa excellent. Reception good. Security & screen good. Place wide and good, but missing swimming pool. No rooftop bar or restaurant.

Me and my wife stayed at courtyard along with my 2 daughters. Hotel staff is very helpful and responsive, on the day i checked in i had dinner reserved which was splendid many food choices along with tempting deserts. On second day morning i had consulate appointment so i woke up early and went for early morning breakfast. But i had little time so we eat fast and left. Post coming back my kids were famished and i requested reception to allow little breakfast for kids and they did. Which was wonderfull. I have recommended the Courtyard by Marriott Chennai to my colleagues.

Stayed from the 23rd of august till date. The stay was awesome. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was a delight with good staff with special mention to ankona, bansara, sohini, who were so helpful and always smiling. Arup das. Hats off to you for catering to our taste and taking so much pain to make available food as per our taste and liking. A big salute to the usherers at the main gate especially sangnam( hope i got his name right) for that extra care for my ailing mother. Overall a wonderful stay. Keep it up !

Cozy stay! excellent Courtyard by Marriott Chennai with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ildiko, she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this Courtyard by Marriott Chennai to everybody! it's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again ildico for going just that little step extra for the guests!

Very comfortable stay in this property. Property is well maintained neat and clean with decent staff behavior. Check in process was very smooth. Food was also good with many varieties available. I was able to get jain food without onion and garlic. Room size was decent and property is in centre of city with many places at approachable distance. Marriott is always a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure staying in mariott, it was very near to the us consulate and got a taxi for consulate drop at a nominal rate. Buffet menu and taste were excellent

The rate you have confirmed is for 3 persons in your voucher. To my surprise they charged us extra for 1 person and collected thee payment. Please have a transparent approach in this thank you

Stay was excellent but they charged me 6% extra saying but we have 18% gst so i faced this issue for the first time even after booking paying extra tax

Hotel location is near by usa consulate and easily accessible as it is on anna salai main road. Rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Breakfast buffet is too good with very quick service and friendly staff.

Dear sir, i booked for 4 nights but stayed only 3 nights. I had an emergency and had to leave one day before. I tried to reach out to you but could not. I lost one night's money as i had an emergency. Any possibility to get refund or staying for one day later?
