The Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaon's facilities and services were top-notch. The spa and fitness center provided a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed throughout my stay. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional level of customer service. The staff at jw marriott were incredibly attentive and responsive, making me feel like a valued guest at every turn. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which left a lasting impression on me. Overall, my staycation at jw marriott was a memorable experience. We booked a gala dinner + breakfast package at Courtyard. Our rooms were spacious and clean. Hygiene at the Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaon was well maintained and all staff members were masked, which was really nice to see. The chaat corner which was set during tea time was our highlight. It was a great start to the celebrations and the food was exceptional! We were a little disappointed with the dinner as we were seated outside in the cold, we were not informed that the dinner would be outdoors and being dressed in dresses, it was not very convenient. Yes, there were heaters set up but it didn’t help much. The DJ and food spread was amazing though. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. I would definitely recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaon but would say that the personal touch of hospitality was missing

As the title says, Courtyard is easily one of the best Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaons to stay at and to celebrate special occasions at. The Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaon staff is quite helpful, friendly and courteous as they are very accommodating with requests related late checkout, room upgrades and maybe cakes for occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Only Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaon policy that was a bit surprising is chargeable extra water bottles, charged at 100₹ per bottle

The Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaon front desk gave me early check-in without any requests which i greatly appreciate. The staff was extremely courteous and sweet. They priority cleaned my room the next day on request. The breakfast menu had a wide range of vegetarian options which was admirable. I particularly enjoyed the sewayi kheer on the first day. The live counter staff was also attentive and sweet. As always an amazing stay at the marriott property.

This is a business Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaon and need a thoroughly revamp. The check is is smooth and the breakfast is also well organised. What needs improvement is the room ac, and the value for money for in room dining. The seasonal fish should change based on its name. Otherwise from cleanliness and food taste it is good. I had requested for a takeaway breakfast and that was very well made and exactly the way i wanted.

Starting from the reservations, right upto the end when we checked out, it was an hassle free experience which one would like to enjoy more often. The front office, the house keeps, the room service, each one of them was quick, courteous and a joy to interact. Food quality was good and spread was large. Quality of tea needs improvement. My special thanks to apoorve joshi and subhash, the innova driver. Hope to visit again

The hospitality at the restaurant part was lovely

Stayed with friends to celebrate birthday. Breakfast buffet was nice, some items weren't egg-less on first day but they made it up by making it egg-less next day. Staff was very friendly and made sure to help us in. Making it a memorable stay. Special thanks to rohit and puneesh.

Food variety is necessarily best

The Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaon is located 15 minutes from key sites in gurgaon. Helpful staff, clean amenities, good breakfast.

Located at the heart of gurgaon this Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, Gurgaon has rooms with a good view on either side. The cleanliness is top class and the service is excellent. The breakfast spread is very good and it is a real value for money for people for frequent traveller.

Property and it's location both were good, food also was excellent. They have properly maintained hygiene and safety standards.
