Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad

Rooms well maintained, though looks a bit dated but the utilities in the room are exceptional. There is a big screen smart tv, so the entertainment part is taken care of. The rooms are very clean and speckless bathroom a bit small but very clean and well maintained, with all standard amenities including hair dryer. Cleanliness the entire property right from the main gate to each and every square inch is absolutely clean without a speck of dust or any filth. The rooms are also cleaned very diligently so you wont have any area to complain. Ac the ac cooling is optimal and very pleasant, the outside temperature if the are is approximately 45 degree in the summer may month but you wont feel the heat once in the room. It cools to 18 degrees and we have to put it on 24 as it cooled very fast. In house dining: on the expensive side, minimum price is for a soup which is around 350 to 450 rupees plus taxes, but it still cheaper then other contemporary Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabads and its as expected of a property of this standard. Swimming pool: its in mariottt convention centre which is across the road but connected through a bridge from the Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad itself, no need to cross the road. Staff: 5 stars are less for the courtesy of the staff. The staff go out of their way to help you and make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast : one of the best in the industry, each and every dish be it indian, continental, pastry, desserts, are really tasty, don't forget to ask for filter coffee its just mind blowing. Check in / check out. Takes all of about 5 mins if you have pure booked. Hassle free and lightening fast

The Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad experience was great. From the lobby till the room, the check in process was a cakewalk. The room was designed ergonomically with the customer’s needs at the forefront. The amenities were also quite decent. The overall ambience was not too pretentious and kept the sanctity of a marriott Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad. The location of the Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad provided ease of travel as well. The staff were very helpful and understanding to aid in all necessities. The housekeeping staff were very prompt and provided with generous amenities and one of the best beddings i have ever seen, it felt like a good touch to the overall experience. The room had a great view of the hussain sagar which was just stunning and mesmerising. The room was spacious and was comfortable for everyone. The television was pure eminent with an extensively large and modern screen with great resolution and clarity. The check out process was like smooth summer breeze. I would definitely be delighted to return to this Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad for many of my future endeavours. Thank you marriott for giving me such a never forgettable experience

The Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad is well located and on the opposite side of marriott. The two Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabads are connected by a bridge across the road and so the customers can enjoy the facilities of both the Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabads. The reception was very cordial and the staff explained to us the facilities and discounts that we could avail. The rooms and toilets are sufficiently big. Although fully carpeted, the housekeeping staff made sure that there was no dust in the room, especially since my wife is allergic to it. Breakfast spread was very good. We also had food served in the room, which too was very good and served properly. Towels and the bed linens were neat. Only thing that i can have a grouse about is that the Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad looks a little run-down although it is only 10 years old.

I recently stayed at the courtyard by marriott and had an excellent experience. The Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad's location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast and the exceptional team serving it. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient, making each morning a delight. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean, with all necessary amenities. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, with staff always ready to assist. I highly recommend the courtyard by marriott for its prime location, superb breakfast, and fantastic service. I look forward to returning soon.

Amazing hospitality right from entering the Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad to checking out. We booked for 3 nights, and only wished that days went slowly as we loved each and every minute at this amazing location. There are absolutely no complaints from our side, everything was flawless and fantastic. Anyone who stays here should know that courtyard by marriott and hyderabad marriot are 2 different Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabads but-owned by one and theres a beautiful skywalk connecting both the Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabads. You stay in courtyard and go to hyderabad marriott for leisure activites like gym, pool, spa. Amazing view of the lake and superb terrace view where you can dine in as well. 10/10 on eveything

It was awesome experience and amazing stay at courtyard at marriott hydra-bad with my family. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The staff was very cordial abed razor quick service and always on the toes to help the guests. Special mention of mr gaurav, mr jana, mr sanchit, ms mi-tali and mr ritik for their wonderful hospitality care and excellent service, so humble nature and wonder nature nature with deep understanding of the requirements of the guests. It was wonderful experience and i would love to come back again in this Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad. I highly recommend this Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad.

This place is top noth on hospitality and the top floor rooms are reserved for members i suppose. The rooms are clean, well maintained available with all the necessaries such as toiletries, plenty kf water bottles, a kettle with coffee and tea powders and good size tv for entertainment. Talking about the food, good and authentic food choices that's available in room service. And immediate response on call. We've stayed at couryard marriott for a night and our stay has been great. If you prefer a bath tub make sure to ask them about it beforehand itself and the size of bed that's available.

It's truly a pleasant stay at courtyard by marriott, super friendly staff and always ready to bump into customer service. Happy with the service by the customer relationship management. I'd sure stay at the same, if i'm back again to hyderabad. Yeah, it's recommended to everyone who wish to have a luxurious and pleasant stay with the great hospitality. We stayed here for a couple of days and had a splendid experience. The food was simply too good, the lounge access was a plus point! the room in itself was magnificent! overall, had a fabulous stay, will keep coming over frequently!

I have stayed multiple Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabads, but compare to those it feels more comfortable even staff was so friendly and breakfast was good and chief name was anup all staffs are very supportable. I had an unforgettable stay at marriott hyderabad! the hospitality was exceptional, especially from mr. Nagour, who went above and beyond to make my experience special. He treated us with such care at the executive lounge & during the breakfast and made my birthday truly memorable with a surprise cake in my room. The attention to detail and warm service made my four-day stay an absolute delight. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an exceptional experience. I already miss it and can't wait to return!

Hotel is in the ideal lication. Food is excellent and the staff is polite and very helpful. Pool and gym fascilities are very good.
