Comfortable and good ambiance however a few suggestions to the management. 1. The rooms should be made sound proof. 3. The two-way entrance to the toilet is good, but the water from the commode and bath area is seeping into the dressing area. Making it very uncomfortable to utilise the otherwise well designed utility space. Not sure on the logic of the floor design here. 4. Marriott is charging a fortune from customers who are by and large business cum family travellers and pretty much aware of the Courtyard by Marriott Madurai market. For a pilgrimage city like madurai with connectivity to multiple other destinations, packaging the product is essential not by aggregator but by the Courtyard by Marriott Madurai whatever makes a customer return back to marriott should be packaged.

Overall food was good, melwin and rafiqul were helpful in the restaurent, the chef ramasadhasivan also handled our special request for egg-less marble cake and we were thankful for the same. Choices in desert could had been better, as there were very few options. Only deserts and cakes were kept, as indian, we have many traditional desert and that would be expected. Also, the placement of food dishes were quite confusing. Maintenance work was going on and in the room it was quite noisy in the afternoon. Ac had malfunction, though it was resolved once informed.

The stay was comfortable but the food quality which we ordered in room dining was pathetic. Reported the same at the Courtyard by Marriott Madurai also and manager saurabh and chef has taken all the points and feedback seriously. But in my opinion as a 4 or 5 star property this thing should not happen in first place. Also the person who has received the call for in room dining was not at all considerate in including our requests and that too which was already there in the menu and not anything outside of it

Had a great two days stay at marriott courtyard madurai. The service and support by the staff specially front desk ( mr shailesh) was excellent. The Courtyard by Marriott Madurai management organised a get together at pool side for the guests with amazing cocktails and snacks. Rajkumar was at his best behind the counter bartending for us. We would like to thank the gm and the management of the Courtyard by Marriott Madurai for making our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Madurai memorable.

The stay we spend in the Courtyard by Marriott Madurai is 3 days and we feel that it is pleasant and the staff service also good. We feel that further stay we spend will we choose this Courtyard by Marriott Madurai only. The only thing everything we have call the customer service for water and spoon or fork for foods we ordered. We enjoyed our stay in this Courtyard by Marriott Madurai. And also feel to choose this Courtyard by Marriott Madurai for our further stays also.

Checked in for my nephew's wedding which was happening at the marriott itself, the check in was ery smooth at the reception, the staff at the lobby are very efficient and very helpful stayed at the 6th floor the rooms are a little small, other than that the house keeping staff are excellent and they do a great job and make sure you feel like a queen. The resturant is fantastic the food the ambiance and the service by the staff and chefs is very good. Thank you

I visited this Courtyard by Marriott Madurai and i would say this is one of the best property.service, cleaniness, food everything was excellent. I can’t point out a single thing which I didn’t like about this Courtyard by Marriott Madurai. Manager and staff at the restaurant are so good and professional hats off to them…I don’t remember the name but he was very good at his work.Room i would give-5*, food:5*, service:5*

Hotel's location is in azhaghar koil road with easy accessibility to all parts of the city. Parking lot was huge and wide for easy manevourability. Staff were excellent. Breakfast options were many and extremely good. Truly five star breakfast rooms were compact and cosy. Ac was not great. Bathroom glass door was not closing fully and water was coming out. Over all our three days stay was pleasant and enjoyable

Overall people are friendly and well maintained Courtyard by Marriott Madurai. Restaurant also has variety of food which is appealing.

Lip smacking food with amazing hospitality. Spacious rooms. Just 13mins away from the meenakshi temple

The stay at courtyard marriott was fantastic. Location is good with decent views from one’s rooms. Rooms were tidy, washrooms were clean and overall stay was very comfortable. Food was excellent and the chefs were taking good care of the guests. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The room we entered had some smell and they helped us to relocate. Screens were not closing properly. Few places left uncleaned. Overall okayish stay

Excellent service, good dinner buffet. Cons water from restroom flows to bathroom and the water never gets drained which keeps the bathroom watery. Breakfast gravies like sambar, bonda, korma tastes needs to be improvised.

Location of Courtyard by Marriott Madurai is very apt to commute and staff is quite helpful. Rooms are gr8, even has a office set up, washrooms have walkin closet sort of set up. Meenaxi temple is quite near. It's good stay over all. It's kinda good for business visit and do not expect resort kinda environment as it's right in city centre.

It was good property in main city itself so travel-ling to places like meenakshi temple was near only like 5km. Breakfast was also good, there are not much variety but quality was good. Best of all some staff members are very very good and helpful as well. It was good but quite expensive as per stay so only book it good discount available
