I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite courtyard by marriott in mahabaleshwar with my boyfriend, and i must say that our experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, the Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar's commitment to excellence and attention to detail shone through, creating an unforgettable retreat for us. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff, who made us feel instantly welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and we were to our luxurious room, which was tastefully designed with modern furnishings and a breathtaking view of the surrounding natural beauty. The amenities at courtyard by marriott were simply outstanding. We indulged in the well-maintained swimming pool, taking refreshing dips. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional dining experience. The Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar's restaurant boasted an extensive menu featuring both local and international cuisines. Each dish we tried was a gastronomic delight, expertly prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The attentive staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences, making every meal a personalized and memorable experience. The location of courtyard by marriott in mahabaleshwar is truly idyllic. Nestled amid-st lush greenery and overlooking the majestic mountains, the Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway. Throughout our stay, the staff at courtyard by marriott exhibited exceptional hospitality. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests, and they were always ready to assist us with any requests or inquiries we had. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly commendable.

Found this property via mmt. Absolutely well maintained and beautifully located. The view from the room was breath taking. Room was super clean and hygiene standards met. All the staff from front desk, wallet, room service including the cart drivers were quite courteous, polite and very responsive. They will have you feel at home. I’ve had complimentary breakfast plus lunch / dinner which was part of the package i booked. Food spread was endless and absolutely amazing. Had veg and non veg that i thoroughly enjoyed. I was quite surprised midnight room service had almost everything from the menu when i was told it could be limited. Plus at that hour i was told my order could take 45 mins, however it was delivered in about 30 mins. Unfortunately, my stay at the courtyard (marriott) was just for night due to availability. Had to relocate to another venue that was also managed by marriott. Overall experience 9. 5/10 hygiene 10/10 safety 10/10 parking - 10/10 accessibility - 9. 5/10 (experienced traffic jam on the way due to narrow road which may not be the case always. My booking was during peak season) staff - 10/10 food 10/10

Property is spacious, location is unbeatable, rooms were not up to the mark, balcony was dusty. Room edges were not even reached i guess while cleaning, i had a used packet of soap thrown on the bathroom floor’s corner (maybe used by the previous customer) attention to detail is a must have in a 5 star property, especially at the rate we pay just for the hygiene and experience. Also, in-room dining food quantities were less, not enough for one person (talking about a biryani i ordered just for myself. Food for toddlers is considered free, we already gave details of our toddler at the reception, yet we just ordered it twice in our stay and every-time we had to give details of our daughter - what age, when’s the birthday- as if we’re lying about having a kid in the first place. Other 5 star properties go above and beyond to make sure children are taken care of well. Overall it was a decent stay, experience wise - nothing outstanding. You go, you stay, you go home. All by yourself.

We had planned a 2 overnights stay in courtyard marriott mahabaleshwar. Hospitality and stay comfort- the team here is superb at hospitality and make sure you are comforted at every moment of time. The suites are well maintained and perfectly cater for a comfortable stay. Food and beverage experience upto quality and sufficient by portions served. In room dining service is prompt and well tended. Children engagement this is where the property lacks attention. Apart from the swimming pool there isn't much for kids engagement. Also the game room corner is way too disconnected from the pool area so one gets completely detached from the main ambience. Also this property is not very kids friendly as there is a lot of step climb up climb down required to reach the places( even though buggies are available) overall i rate the property good for a couple's stay.

Stayed for 2 nights - july 16-18 with family to celebrate my wife's birthday. - the service and staff grooming is top notch. - location of the property is excellent - overlooking lingmala waterfalls. - beautiful and green property just before the crowded mahabaleshwar entry. - i requested for a paid upgrade in the room type, which they obliged with a free upgrade. - they took care to decorate the room for the birthday and offered cakes twice to celebrate. All the people were smiling and ready for service. Special mention to siddhant in the restaurant and laxmi in the front office who were excellent and services beyond expectation. Some improvement areas - golf cart service from the main building and the bungalows are inconsistent. Due to the very heavy rains the ac started leaking towards the end of our stay.

We stayed for 1n. Family trip. Hotel upgraded our room to deluxe without any charges. Welcome tea was good. Property is big enough and can not be explored within a day, at least 2 days is required. Beautiful location and valley view is breathtaking. Hotel is located on famous lingmala waterfall. So blissful and serene. Hotel did not charged us for milk for our baby so kind gesture and we love it. Hotel staff is so kind and take care of your needs, they are always ready to guide us. Restaurant staff is excellent and caring and take care of your needs. Words are not enough to explain everything in review. Overall stay was excellent and we love to visit again next year. food - very nice and tasty ***** thanx to Chef Aditya amenities - gym spa swimming pool ***** location- it's nice but no valley view from high categories room only the most basic category room has valley view. We were sold high category room as valley view but there was 0 view only cottages ahead of our room and then they upgraded us to plunge pool room of course they charged us for the same Room had a typical smell Service to the room was very slow A big centipede was spotted in the room which was dangerous Monkeys 🐒 really troubled house keeping staff who cane to clean the room stinked so much tht we had to go out everytine he entered Hospitality ***** Rooms *** Service **

Summary: 1. Location: awesome. 2. Food: great. 3. Amenities: good. 4. Service: fantastic. Pluses: the food and especially the service was outstanding! all staff was very cordial, helpful and totally service-oriented. Minuses: we (3 persons) stayed in 8001 valley-view, garden with patio cottage room. The room was small for 3 persons. The valley view was blocked by 9001-2 cottages located in front. The garden was tiny. Patio was alright. 8004, 8005 and 8008 have large garden and/or patios, but were possibly given only to direct bookings.

Rooms were average. But hospitality was the best. The best part of the Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar is the location in the heart of the valley.

I wanted to plan something really good for my wife’s 40th birthday and i am so glad i chose two day stay at marriott, mahabaleshwar. It is such a beautiful property with an equally beautiful view of the hills and sunset. But nothing is complete without amazing and super courteous staff and marriott sure scores 100 points on that. Will definitely visit again during monsoon season.

The Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar is located at a fantastic location and view. Though we went on a summer which is not the ideal time. Best time to visit is in monsoon to have a view of waterfall and enjoy the stream passing by next to Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar. Hospitality is par excellence. This is the first time we stayed with courtyard by marriott, and i should say it’s a well placed resort with all the amenities and the best hospitality. I have been coming to mahabaleshwar since last 23 years every year in monsoon. This was the best treat of monsoon, the rooms and villas are so upto the mark with beautiful scenic views and excellent food here, we enjoyed to the fullest.

We always go to mahableshwar. this time we decided to stay at marriott 1st time. Rooms are very nice but tree's are less. Hotel activities are not much interesting. But pool side dinner was beautiful with ambiance. Food is also nice. Overall 4/5 i will give. Because Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar activities need to be improve.

We stayed for a day at the marriott property in the middle of extreme heat of may. The marriott turned out to be perfect ast it was surrounded by lush green trees with plent of greenery within the property too. Throughout the day there was a cool breeze blowing giving a lot of relief. The property itself is beautiful, especially the view from the room and the swimming pool. The food is great and upto the marriott standard, so is the service. Will definitely recommend this for anyone visiting mahabaleshwar.

Villas and valley view rooms are good and the best. The mountain view rooms wing are in a concrete building and very ordinary run of the mill ones. The Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar rooms are too overpriced for the facilities they are offering and not at all luxurious with basic amenities of a luxurious experience Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar is missing. Not value for money. But stay there for the location and the views

Property is awesome. The location into the mountains, the greenery. Food is amazing, about the service i would say they need to check things a bit.

Location is 10/10, food 10/10, amenities 10/10, service 10/10 - rooms need some renovation, bathroom needs latch, check inn was fast, check out was a night mare to get the invoice, which i have not got until today. Staff at restaurant, house keeping all are 10/10.
