Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. Hotel is good in terms of amenities hygiene. Staff are very cooperative and supportive.i appreciate there support I had book the stay for 4 nights but due to my medical issues I was not able to check in till late night I called the Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai management and explain them the situation they were very supportive they allowed cancellation and refund the money for one night. I was on my medication and was not allowed normal food Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai chef Mr Ketan Devlekar was so kind he accommodated all the request for the food we requested for 3nights big thanks to courtyard pavilion staff for support specially to Mr Vishwajeet he was always following us for what food we need and his service was extraordinary. 👌👌👌👌👌

Our stay at the luxurious courtyard by marriott was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the grand lobby, we were enveloped in opulence and hospitality. The impeccable service provided by the staff surpassed all expectations, ensuring our every need was met with grace and efficiency. Our suite was a sanctuary of elegance, boasting breathtaking views and lavish amenities. The spa retreat offered a haven of tranquility, where skilled therapists melted away all traces of stress. Every detail, from the pristine facilities to the personalized touches, spoke volumes of the Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai's commitment to excellence. Without a doubt, courtyard by marriott sets the standard for luxury hospitality, earning a well-deserved five-star rating.

Room were superb but only one complain is on service. I had booked for 2 nights and when i went for breakfast i saw they had puri bhajji and they told they will serve puri on table. I waited for 20min but no1 turned up with puri so i requested them to pols check and they got one puri and i told him pols can you serve one masala tea he said and again i waited for 20min but no1 turned up. I went and took it. But the worst part was that they were literally serving foreigners and not indians. Really shocked to see this and i told the manager right away. He said sorry but in our own country we are not respected then its a shame. Pols look into this and i dont want any other person to get this suffered.

The Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai is new property in navi mumbai, hence the property is clean and well maintained. However, the standard of service is not up to the level of any 5 star property. The gestation period in ordering and finally getting something was very high. The swimming pool and the attached washroom was below standard. ( there were no towels in the morning at 8. 30 and no one was there to be requested. ) food was also only ok. The food at malang was very good. The services by house keeping staffs was exceptionally good. If they work on their shortcomings, they can be one of the best 5 star properties in mumbai. At the moment at this price they seems to be overpriced for me.

Stay was so comfortable. Hotel location is at prime location and near to highway. View from Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai is very nice. Food was amazing and room service too. Life the the way management has keep the Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai clean and tidy. Rooms are specious. Buffet dinner and breakfast is awesome. Swimming pool was clean and have dy patil amazing view.

Awesome property with beautiful stadium view and you can also enjoy the ocean sky line. Far off even atal setu is visible. Soothing breeze at "the box" sky lounge enjoy on the pool side. Drool in the pool on sunday's 1:00 pm -5:00 pm. Food was also nice and decent. Only thing which fell a little short was the in room sevice food menu which should have more varieties and dishes.

Extremely professional staff, always ready to help. The stadium view room is awesome. Highly co-operative staff. Everything was near to perfect. No complaints at all. The staff named abhishek at the reception was the most professional guy. Every staff from cleaner to waiters were good. Surely will consider for my next stay. Food has been awesome and the amenities were good too

It was a wonderful break with family from daily routine. Location is just too good, very ventilated and airy. Food options are also too many to choose from and tasty as well. Ambiance, staff - have not seen better than this. Only minus point is they don't have anything to offer to kiddos other than swimming pool. They should have indoor play area or kids zone.

As my son is pursuing mobs in dy medical college, so the location is best suited us. Hotel staff is so supportive that you feel at home. Cleanliness and quality of food is excellent.

Though is was a small staycation it was a good experience overall. Service was satisfactory. Food was good as well.

Every thing we expect from martiot group was up to the mark. Clean & hygienic room and bathroom, food quality and taste excellent. Specially gym i enjoyed the most. Keep it up

Hotel ambience, location and rooms are excellent. You get simultaneous views of stadiums, highway, city and sea. Hotel staff is very courteous and bf service was very nice. Nice swimming pool to relax. Overall, a great place to stay and relax.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was hygienic. Found mosquitoes in the ground floor. Overall good
