I recently had the pleasure of staying at courtyard by marriott in raipur and i cannot say enough good things about my experience there. From the moment i walked into the lobby, i was struck by the beauty and elegance of the Courtyard by Marriott Raipur's decor. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, with every modern convenience you could hope for. But what really made my stay truly outstanding was the exceptional service i received from the front desk member named ms. Shristi. She was an absolute delight from the moment i checked in, providing me with a warm and friendly welcome and making sure that i had everything i needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Throughout my stay, ms. Shristi went above and beyond to ensure that i was happy and satisfied with my accommodations. She was always available to answer any questions i had, and she even offered great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The Courtyard by Marriott Raipur itself was also top-notch. The amenities were fantastic, and i particularly enjoyed their swimming pool. Overall, i cannot recommend this Courtyard by Marriott Raipur highly enough. From its stunning decor to its exceptional service, it truly exceeded all of my expectations. And a special shout-out to ms. Shristi, who made my stay truly memorable. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are a true credit to the Courtyard by Marriott Raipur and its staff. By now, we have stayed at courtyard by marriott, raipur several times. It is indeed the best Courtyard by Marriott Raipur to stay at raipur. Rooms: rooms are quite spacious, with great ambience. They are always clean, we never had any issue with rooms during our stay. They are all well equipped to make guests stay very comfortable. We especially loved the cityside view. It's very cozy. Food: food has always been fantastic. Buffet t spread for breakfast/dinner is always delicious and interesting. We are very impressed by the bakery goods section. Kitchen staff is very dedicated, they alter food to our specifications without any hitch. Dining at courtyard by marriott, raipur is a memorable experience by itself. Head chef mr. Sudeep is an extremely talented guy. Our heartfelt thanks to ms. Kanishka, mr. Rohit and mr. Saroj. Overall ambiance & stay: we love staying at courtyard by marriott, raipur. The front-desk staff is amazing, they are very polite and professional. Again our special thanks to mr. Sujan, ms. Suman, ms. Juhee, ms. Anandita and ms. Aparna. The staff at courtyard by marriott, raipur really have worked hard to make our stay very comfortable. We keep coming back for all these reasons and friendly faces we meet. It's a great experience. While booking it is mentioned that rs. 500 credit is given and will be adjusted in food bills. But when the bill is made it is not adjusted and i have made full payment. Later when i called them and asked them to forward rs. 500 credit to me they have told me to pay the entire amount less rs. 500 and they will credit the full amount paid thru my credit card. This is laborious to the guest. Instead they should have credited rs. 500 to my credit card and close the issue. I have paid on 10 th and for no mistake of mine i am still waiting for the payment. This shows your systems are poor.

Property is good compared to other 4 and 5 stars in raipur. Food spread is great. Staffs are courteous except the people at reception. They really need training around hospitality. Restaurant manager (gentleman managing buffet area in gray suit) is great and helpful along with few other team members in orange dresses. Again one lady in orange was like always chit chat and was not caring about serving the customers, seems she was responsible only for entry and checking the room number. Overall a good stay. This is my second visit, people at reception/front desk really need training.

The best thing about my stay at the courtyard was the staff: incredibly nice people, helpful and concerned about my satisfaction with the stay. This includes the kindly head chef, the restaurant managers. The Courtyard by Marriott Raipur itself is comfortable. Overall a good stay with plenty of unexpected extras. Much appreciated. Very nice luxury Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, food & drinks are good, familiar atmosphere, services are very good. Behavior of staff is also satisfactory. Overall it’s a very good place to stay with family, couple and also solo.

I am a regular customer of mm t & marriott. I have booked the same Courtyard by Marriott Raipur & with the same mm t app. Previously. But this time i paid rs. 1500- at the time of check in. On contacting mm t it was informed that it was Courtyard by Marriott Raipur policy. It was informed to me at the time of booking & i will have to pay. No one has time to see this message, once it's booked. I strongly resist this change. You must work as per the previous system. These structural changes may shake the entire system. Please do the needful. Thanks.

my stay at courtyard by marriott raipur was excellent. the Courtyard by Marriott Raipur offers modern luxury with warm hospitality. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great view of the city. the food at momo café was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. the Courtyard by Marriott Raipur also features a well-maintained fitness center and a refreshing outdoor pool. the staff was attentive and ensured a pleasant stay. overall, it's a top choice in raipur for both business and leisure.

The room was clean, very comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine.

Courteous staff. Right from people at the reception to the restaurant staff. No complaints there. Rooms well appointed. Had booked a pool view room but got a city view room instead. But i guess that's ok. Overall stay was comfortable. . The food could have been better though. Had the ester lunch buffet which was average in terms of taste. The breakfast next day was not too good either.
