Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

A NOT SO FACINATING EXPERIENCE

We stayed in the Courtyard after a long days drive, though the property is good and has adequate facilities, however was surprised to see the lack of warmth by the staff. At the reception itself the feeling was as if go fend for yourself, any guest would expect to be guided while visiting any property for the first time. The orders were delayed or were not what was ordered, the fridge was empty, no snacks in the room, bathroom doors was malfunctioning, such things spoil the whole point of staying at a Marriott especially when you are too tired yourself. The staff was courteous but lacking the willingness to help. At checkout I had to carry everything myself, with no help from the hotel staff, again not expected from a renowned brand. Its Not just the luxurious setup but the way you make your guest feel that makes the stay Comfortable and Satisfying Despite being a MMT Platinum member no room upgrade or food upgrade etc was offered Overall an below average stay

Luxurious stay at courtyard

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this 5-star hotel. The ambiance, cleanliness, and hospitality were truly top-notch, and the staff made every effort to ensure a smooth experience throughout my visit. The rooms were elegant and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The only aspect that fell slightly short of my expectations was the food quality — it wasn’t quite to my personal taste. However, everything else about my stay was excellent, and I’d still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and overall experience.

NEVER STAYING AGAIN

TL,DR: Pathetic hotel with pathetic service. Booked a premier pool view room. Arrived really late at around 10pm. Had requested them to keep the room checked & ready as I was very tired already. After checking in, figured windows shades were broken and there were mosquitoes in the room. Asked for room changed immedeately, but they decided they will send two clueless staff first who will waste hallf an hour then reply that It can't be fixed. Even after all this, they didn't bother to send the keys to the new room had to go to the reception and get the keys to the new room where instead of apologising, receptionists started arguing with my wife. I was too tired to even speak with them. Took the keys & went. Breakfast was filled with below average food, SPOILED GLASSES near beverages(ALMOST DRANK a beverage from a USED GLASS AS IT WAS KEPT AS A FRESH GLASS ON THE COUNTER, Spoiled Serving spoons in counters, missing bowls near gravy items. literally all the waiters were trainees whom you had to ask three times to get basic stuff . Called for check out, the bell boy(which was actually a trainee waiter) came without trolley and had to send them back to get it. This is the 3rd visit to this property when I was met with Sub par service. Spoiling the marriot brand name.

Mostly good needs some improvement via training

Good location. Food was good. Amenities clean and service front desk was good and responsive to needs, While restaurant staff are kind and nice one thing that is unfortunately common in all Indian restaurants is that staff are not trained speedly and not bring items over peoples heads and shoulders. This training is required even here. This will prevent lot of accidents with hot food or liquids. This is a training issue not the staffs fault. Staff are very friendly and nice.

Checkin process: time taking and not proper. they gave me the room key and after 30 mins I had some one at my door with forms to sign. Rooms: clean and nice. Mattress: bit old and sunken. Food: Normal, no wow factor. staff: they seem to be under staffed at the restaurant and hence usual delay in any help that you ask for
