Travel-led with friends and families. We booked courtyard after a thorough research and definitely was worth it. The property is located in the heart of shillong city, just a stone throw away from the famed police bazaar. The trademark marriott hospitality was there to be seen right from the time one gets off the car. The entire check in process was smooth. Couple of families even got free upgradation to larger rooms. The superior king room is spacious and with all amenities available. The 4th floor rooms have the city view. The 6th floor has the pool and the city view. Nothing much to take away between the two as the room sizes remain the same. The room service is prompt and one can't say enough about the staff- really courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread was lavish with all kinds of options. Food was excellent. The property is one of the very few to have a swimming pool in shillong. And there's a heated jacuzzi for the cold weather one usually experiences out there. There's a club/ lounge next to the pool which really becomes a happening place on weekends. Overall, it was a brilliant experience to stay in courtyard. Shout out to mr kapri, ms sheba, ms tricia and ms kelly for the hospitality and making the stay more memorable.

I stayed at courtyard with my family on our recent meghalaya vacation and it was an unforgettable experience. The Courtyard by Marriott Shillong is located right in the heart of shillong. The room was spacious with all the required amenities. The food was great, particularly the breakfast spread which had a plethora of options to choose from. The highlight of our stay, however, was the incredibly courteous behavior of the Courtyard by Marriott Shillong staff. Each one of them greeted us with a big smile on their faces. I would particularly like to mention a few of them who really made us feel special. There was this guy known as won in housekeeping who always engaged in conversation with us and was eager to help us in every possible way. Another staff member who was from room service (missed out on asking her name) always lit up the room with her smile and pleasant demeanor. The restaurant staff were also very courteous, with someone always keeping tabs on whether we wanted something. Also a word for kelly, the guest relation tl, who catered to us like we were family. To sum it up, courtyard by marriott will be my first choice for accommodation whenever i visit shillong again.

Recently, i had been to shillong with my wife on a vacation and chose to stay at courtyard by marriott for two nights. We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Shillong thoroughly. The superior room we stayed in was lovely and very comfortable with full room amenities to the guests. Hotel staff right from gate security to reception desk, housekeeping to room service, and finally, the restaurant staff were very courteous, smiling, and ever ready to serve. We were overwhelmed by the warm niceties and courteous services of all the staff. I would like to especially mention mr. Chandan kapri, pramila, vinayak & nilotpal of spectrum - the restaurant in this regard. The way they arranged a surprise boon voyage wish and treat to us on our final day will remain with us for a long time to come. We would rate the Courtyard by Marriott Shillong 10 out of 10.

We stayed at courtyard marriott for 4 nights. Hotel is centrally located near police bazaar and local markets are at walking distance. Check in was seamless with zero wait time. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel also offers pool, gym, spa services for relaxation. Staff is courteous and goes over and above for the guests. Breakfast buffet spread needs improvement in terms of taste. We had poha on 3 days and it tasted the same despite the fact that the label was different (batata/indori/green peas. Paranthas from live counter also need improvement in terms of taste. Their jalebi and ginger tea is awesome.

Now,This is what I call a 5star Courtyard by Marriott Shillong in whole north -east India since the breakfast and other food items are very good which made our day since this is one of the prior concern for any guest..So clean and fresh rooms.The room we got was with a very good view and the size of the room was very big.Hope all the services are maintained .I am visiting soon to have a good time and good food there..The resturant persons are very good in their services and we'll behaved Mr Atish really services were really liked by us .Thanks a lot to all the members of marriot shillong ✌️.

Beautiful Courtyard by Marriott Shillong and great location. Its just 2 min walk to main bazaar. Food was good, hospitable staff. We enjoyed our stay there with my family. Some of the facilities like swimming pool and games room was charged extra which was a surpriae. In good 5 star Courtyard by Marriott Shillongs you expect swimming pool and games room, gym to be allowed to guests on complimentary basis. Dont undersramd why they charge extra.
