Great stay and ambience.. nice hospitality.. rooms are spacious and environment is good.. location is perfect.

The room didn’t have telephone directory for reception or room service or housekeeping. There was no menu for in room dining as well. The hand soap was also not good. Laundry bag and tissues also missing

Had booked this for a Business travel , Rooms were dirty and could see the difference of same property earlier and Presently managed . Earlier this was one of the best to stay and presently it should not be considered .Though when complaint they shifted to other room which again was dirty and then finally got a clean room .

My recent stay at the Gateway Hotel Ahmedabad on Sindhu Bhavan Road was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was immaculate, well-maintained, and very comfortable.

Room cleaning is an issue. Would request not to have stained towels, bed sheets, etc. Else services were fine.

Hospitality was good , rooms are very clean and good and food was also awsome .Staff behaviour was very good.

The washroom was not properly clean, toilet seat was dirty and shower pipe was leaking in shower area.

The food was not good at all rest all was fine the dinner was not good cold food was served not recommended for food

Our stay at gateway hotel sindhubhavan ahmedabad was fantastic and breakfast was absolutely delicious 😋

The name change . The Taj brand needs lots of services change like staff needs to put hand towels and at least two bath towel. The bed sheet was unclean which is the first made me upset then they messed my complimentary voucher given which cause lots of problems later at night. Two staff I would like to mention here are Dhavani from Reception was helpful in sorting mess created by F&B staff and Roshan from cleaning department was excellent. Rest breakfast quantity was inadequate considering price they charge.

Quiet environment in between city centre. Very cooperative reception staff. Food grade so-so. Need to improve. Otherwise overall nice.

Everything was average about the property, leaky flush in bathroom, average taste of brakefast. Had to call reception thrice after staying in room for 5 minutes. Didn't felt like a Taj property. Restricted pool timing even for indoor pool. No pool allowed even at 8 PM.

Only stay, other than much to add, food average, service average, room service average, Rooms are good and clean.

The hotel is real good, well placed, next to where i had been at ahmedabad. Beautifull, well maintained, rooms were near clean, and well maintained too. Had a good breakfast (buffet) included with the room. A small gym and a good pool. All good. The check in, check out was all smooth. The welcome was tepid, they don't answer phone, from the room or from outside. Called from the room phone (no directory available in the room), wanted help with the air conditioning (too cold) and the tv remote was not available. They did not answer the intercom, called their direct phone, sent a technician for the ac, but ignored the tv remote, again no answer on the intercom or the direct line, again it was the same in the morning. Don't know how a taj group hotel tolerates this service. On the whole the stay was good 😊
