Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri

Our room was on the 12th floor, an executive twin room, as i was staying with family. The stay was very comfortable and the food as well as the atmosphere was also very pleasing, but only drawback was that the rooms were not soundproof, and the bathroom had bar soap for handwashing, instead of liquid soap. Bar soaps are very unhygienic. Also, the temperature in the room did not go beyond 24 degrees and thus it was pretty chilly in the room. And when we wanted to turn off the ac, the room became extremely suffocating, hot and stuffy. Other than that, the staff’s behaviour and service was phenomenal. Especially the ones who carried our luggage to and fro: ronit and ishika. The meals were also phenomenal, and since we booked from mmt, we got a very affordable rate for triple occupancy. Thank you.

love this Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri it's so great and amazing the service is very quick the staffs are very polite very helpful and very genuine the room is very clean the washroom is very clean the food is amazing I was suffering from panic attack and then I call the reception midnight for the BP machine because my pressure went low the staff came help by getting the BP machine I really thankful that for this it's very amazing place and where is safe very nice very beautiful I would request everyone to go and stay in Marriott because in place like Siliguri like Siliguri the only Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri that is best is Marriott yes little improvement is needed as I stay in Marriott in other cities where there is amenities like spa salon and bathtub is missing

The overall experience was satisfactory and Good. Room was awesome , breakfast was much better and delicious than the dinner buffet. Dinner buffet needs to be improve like food taste, attractive food items as half of the food items we didn't tasted it at all due to not so appealing food menus. Otherwise services was excellent and had a pleasant stay.

Being well located with easy means of commuting to and fro is a plus point. The Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri provides a good buffet option with a varied spread of options made available. The staff are courteous and ensure rendering the best possible service. A good choice to stay at.

Mainly the Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri location is very good near the airport. Room is very good and mainly their siliguri kitchen’s food is very tasty. Their chef mr. Sarkar is very good chef and very polite in nature. Definitely i will visit again

The stay is always good , this was my 4th time . It’s always pleasant and good so will always choose to stay . Overall the stay , hospitality, cleanliness was great but the breakfast buffet was not upto the mark .

Location, amenities and services is excilent but food have to imporve more, diner buff. Was average.

Nice property...excellent staff ... wonderful buffet both Sunday brunch and breakfast spread ...had a wonderful time ...thank you for the complimentary milk for my toddler

Pleasant stay. Good food. Should have a spa. Did not like the lady Anisha at front office - was trying to be oversmart.

A good place to stay. comfortable rooms. Front office during check out was not too competent. there should be a shopping arcade keeping local souvenirs. the young waiters at the restaurant were very helpful.

Everything was perfect.. location was in perfect place food was excellent and all the staff was good even the chef was looking into all the table and asking how was it .we enjoyed our stay.
