Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri

We had a very comfortable stay at the courtyard by marriott, siliguri. The location is good, close to the city centre. The room was well-equipped with all facilities including ironing board. The staff were very prompt and courteous. But the best part was the food. The buffet spread is vast both at dinner and breakfast with a variety of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The staff at the dining hall were very welcoming and tried to make our dining experience memorable. A special shout out to mr. Subhamoy sarkar, the specialty chef, who gave personal attention and time to make us taste the best dishes. Looking forward to visiting again p. S. Just one feedback- please replace the plastic bottles in rooms with glass bottles as we move towards sustainable tourism

We had an overnight stay at courtyard siliguri, enroute to bagdogra for a flight. This is a well run Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, i quite liked the fact that i was regularly called to check on my arrival, with details on best road to reach the property. We had dinner at courtyard terrace - quite enjoyed the ambience and food. The rooms are clean, and well fitted out. The staff are warm, well trained and carry out their work, in a professional manner. The breakfast buffet was a shock, as the place was overcrowded with loads of convention attendees. The spread was good, but pushing through a crowd, to reach the food, leaves a bad taste. And, this is my major grouse, not only with this property, but with the Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri industry on the whole.

Everything was a very good. It was a big surprise! wonderful rooms with large panoramic windows, a modern restaurant with a terrace overlooking the whole city. Excellent service and qualified staff in the restaurants and bar on the second floor. They even brought us food from a restaurant on the 2nd floor to the terrace in another restaurant, special thanks to manager hemanta. Since i have allergies, the restaurant chef manoj came and made a wonderful dinner without spices, exactly as i ordered and at the level of european standards. Many thanks to him! very rare in india! and even the staff at the Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri entrance found us an excellent, inexpensive taxi to the airport. I wholeheartedly recommend this Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri.

My stay at the courtyard was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly. We stayed here for a night after a ravaging travel through the hills of Darjeeling and Sikkim. We needed a completely relaxing, peaceful and energetic stop over for a. Ishtar as e had to travel back to Kolkata early morning next day. The food, hospitality, facilities all were great. Must mention the in amongst restaurant at the terrace…a great experience. Special mention - railway mutton, chicken tiger hill. Breakfast was also good. The room was great with a wide view of the city at 12th floor. Superb service as we needed an extra re and that was arranged in record time! Overall a great experience and thanks to all the staff members. Would love to visit again in near future.

Although we had just walked without a booking, the staff was prompt and co operative enough to discuss the benifits of booking through mmt. Also as i booked on mm t there was no lapse from their side to serve us the best as we demanded for 2 adjacent rooms. With their 24 hr service, the Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri staff were the best. Speaking of hygiene i should say we were completely happy. I'm sure there has to be no doubt about safety every guest and their baggage was thoroughly checked before entering the Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri and the staff there was also humble and welcoming with a smile.

The overall experience was satisfactory, but there were some issues that affected it. The colors were off and the building appeared old, which was not ideal. Additionally, there was a miscommunication among the staff. Upon check-in, we were informed that the swimming pool was under construction, but later we discovered that it was actually functioning after dinner. The food was also okay. While the experience was acceptable, it is clear that the Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri needs to improve their communication to ensure a more seamless and enjoyable stay.

This beautiful Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri is in middle of city with easy access to everywhere... Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri arranged a smooth airport pickup with courteous driver .... welcomed with a great smile and checking in was properly assisted .... beautiful Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri with nice big room having all the amenities required for a Marriott standard .... Food is super delicious and mouth watering... overall it was an amazing experience to stay in Marriott Siliguri.... would love to stay again during my next trip ... 👌👌

Great hospitality & awesome food. Overall wonderful experience. Room were well made up and clean. The food in the restaurant had excellent spread - nandini and roshan in the restaurant were very cordial and took care of the guest very well.

The Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri was excellent, stay was comfortable, rooms were spacious well-maintained. But the dinner buffet was a disappointment

The rooms was beautiful and the bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri was spotless clean and comfortable. The waiters were committed to great service.Atmosphere was awesome. Very happy and would recommend this place to anyone. ⭐

This is our transit visit in marriott to the way darjeeling for a night. As always this Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri is superb. All aspects of this Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri is good. The staff behaviour and cooperation. The spacious room and comfy bed. The cleanliness. The food choices and tastes. All are good. These are the reasons we always pref-fer marriot.

We came with family & friends. We enjoyed lots, verity of breakfast served, serving was good, at the time of checking they took long time they provide us room at 5 pm in the evening we were waiting in lobby almost two hrs.
