Terrible Stay

The experience was terrible and totally unexpected. The behaviour of the staff was very very bad and not welcoming or supportive at all. The food was not good too. Facilities were below normal. Overall, we did not like the stay at all and would not recommend it to anyone.

I recently spent two days on a short trip to Darjeeling and stayed at Cozy Homestay. The owner, a kind and welcoming gentleman, made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the majestic Kanchenjunga. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the natural beauty of Darjeeling. In just two days, Ramen Mitra Uncle made us feel like we had known him for years. His warmth and hospitality truly touched our hearts.

It was literally an amazing experience in cozy homestay. The scenario outside the room was incredible and the facilities was really good enough. The uncle who was the organiser of that hotel was really a humble and gentle person,he was very kind to us and food service was by him own and day by day he was giving the food that we want like indian taste. At last i would like to recommend u all pls must visit this hotel if u can trip for darjeeling. Believe me you all will like a family in that restaurant.

I have a complaint about this homestay that is last day 19. 01. 25when we checked out from their homestay they gave us a bill and asked 20rs from both of us and called it as a traveller entry fees. It's really awful

Not satisfied about the homestay.

The rooms i booked to stay for 2 days is not what i get. The photos of the rooms are not matched with the rooms they offered. The room services are very below marks. The bengali staffs are not so cooperative. The food they offered are good but the variety of foods is very specific so you have to choose what they only offer.

It was a very nice stay at cozy homestay. Darjeeling view and kangchenjunga is clearly visible from the balcony. The common area is very good. It's very near to darjeeling station and mall road. Tara mandir opposite to the homestay is very famous. Few things can cause problems for someone like a small geyser which takes time to have hot water, they also run a cafe along with homestay, which makes some veg/non-veg food tadka smell in the common area till 9 pm. Otherwise it's a nice homestay at a reasonable rate.
