Dear Guest, u book this flat for 2 and wanted to checked in 4 guests and not willing to pay for additional guest, u can rate us at your wish but we will not allow check in of any such guests to allow any additional guests which is not part of booking. Also u checked out late, passed one hour and left flat in messy condition. Future guests- Pls note the same.

the location of the 1bhk is very remote and the road is completely broken, balcony is of no use and the area is too far away from the road. The owner is a rude person and is not worried about hospitality even a single bit.

Location is Tapovan , If u say its remote then everyone except you will laugh. our property is about 200 meter from main road , if u think its too far away then next time u should book any hotel over the main road.

We have adequate utencils as shown in pics for self cookYou were charged for extra guest which u did not like but u need to pay as per pax u stayed .We don’t provide slippers in this pocket friendly ratesAll amenities as listed were provided . Future guest who read my comment pls call me at the time of check in if u have any questions .We try our best

Flat is worth to spend in 3k range the group of 4 to5. Place was clean and beds are comfortable. Step away from main road. U need to walk uphill 200 meter to reach location. For elders it could be difficult to walk. If u have your own vehicle then this place is cool.

We request all guests to clear all pending balance due before check in for any extra guests including children if any and including cleaning fees as mentioned in the booking for Hassel free check in.When many guests say that "we will adjust any additional guests by our own as we have booked entire flat and will not pay additional guest charges "It will not work here.Failure to do so your checkin was delayed and we forward the case to mmt if guest do not understand the same which we inform them before they arrive in property.If there is any questions guest can ask before they make booking .only on this platform .

Hi i booked the stay for a family visit, the stay was under no cancellation policy but it also says that the medical scenarios will be exception and i can claim the refund. Later my dad met with an accident and he had to go through major surgery. I asked for cancellation and refund wayy before the check in date but mm t said that the hotel management denied to give the refund even after providing all the medical proofs. I dropped an email to them as well requesting for the refund of 11000 as i require the money for medical reasons but the hotel staff never picks the call and denied for the refund. T these people have no humanity left in them. Would never recommend to go to such place.

Dear guest. We examined medical documents provided. As per records you booked property after your relative met this accident (if going by your theory) how one can plan for trip/ vacation if someone close relative is seriously met accident, which does not justify your theory of medical conditions. Seconds these documents as per medical expert are of regular examination of any patient for any ongoing or past disease. So mmt has not refunded as per policy.

Major issue is owner anil is very rude in behavior and very non cooperative to adjust anything. Other major issue is cleaning as they do cleaning alternate days. If you have old parents then do not go for it as you need to walk in steep slope for 200m to reach hotel.

Dear guest request to be honest while giving feedback. Funny part while hosting you is that you had several questions when u check in and while you stayed. We have gave you instant options and resolution of your questions. But every time you could not take a final call on that but every time you were asking from your wife and most of the time your decision changed after few hours. For example you stayed in the property which u booked. Since the booking was of few days then upon your and. Your wife several requests we have offered you to stay in our another flat where your parents stayed ( which your wife told me ) and u guys wanted to shift in that flat number without any extra charge. You confirmed in writing as well. We have sent u pics and vedio of another flat. I and my staff had miserable experience hosting you. At last moment you denied to move (again after you discussed with your wife). You made several calls every day and to my staff and we unattended all calls and provided all possible support. God bless you.
