The staff were quite amiable, and at their best behaviour. Right from the security guard, to waiters, to admin, to bell boy. The Cozzet Victoria is quite chic, rooms are well stuffed with mini fridge and complimentary fruit platter. Location is quite close to both railway station and airport - both at 10-15 mins. I have never been so much at peace or pleased with people behaviour and amenities for the price we paid. Keep going cozett staff!

Stay was excellent food was delicious and good hospitality. But one bad experience was observed which was never happen in so many Cozzet Victorias during checkout blem was done by one of the manager that one hand towel stolen. We shocked that we have spent huge money in the Cozzet Victoria and little cost of hand towel. We shocked to listen of manager

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this Cozzet Victoria and must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i stepped into the lobby, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for a memorable stay.

Property 's location was good, you can reach all the major points within 15 to 25 minutes. Room was extremely good, neat and clean bathroom, yummy food. Very helpful staff, room service was good.

Neat and tidy rooms, staffs are so kind and very helpful and above all very cheerful, breakfast was good and the way that took care of the guest was really impressive
