Good hotel satisfying stay. Good location

My recent stay at this property was highly satisfactory. The location is excellent — centrally situated in Delhi with easy access to key areas, shops, and amenities. Despite being in the city’s heart, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, providing a very comfortable and restful environment. The hosts were professional and respectful of privacy. Although they reside in the same premises with a separate entrance, their presence was unobtrusive, yet they were readily available whenever assistance was required. The caretaker was courteous, efficient, and always willing to help, ensuring a seamless experience throughout my stay. The rooms are well-appointed and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast facility was of good quality and added to the overall convenience. Additionally, the property offers a well-maintained lounge and garden area, which serves as a comfortable space for relaxation or for guests arriving early. Overall, this property offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and hospitality, making it a highly recommended choice for a stay in Delhi.

It is very easy to locate the property as it is in the heart of the city near co, the host, staff were only a call away, the positivity & freshness in the garden area also in the common area was just fantabulous..

The accommodation at cp villa was very good, in terms of facilities, ambience, accessories and service. Location wise it's very close cp but yet very calm, as it's in by lanes away from typical hustle- bustle. Hot water, room heater were provided as per weather conditions. It's a bit lonely place and may be of some worry for lone stay. There's no power back up. But overall it gives a weekend house feeling with exclusive outdoor balcony, lawn with pleasant greenary around.

The stay at this old property is not worth your money spent. Though it is at the heart of city, it is terribly isolated, surrounded by old locked mansions, dimly lit and smelling of dampness often found in old outdated houses. Being described as homestay, it should provide complentary breakfast and dinner and homely environment. One could get a good hotel room in half the amount. I don't recommend for tourists.

Property is located in a very peaceful locality. Its very near to cp still very calm and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and polite. Service is also quick. Food was yummy and felt just like home. The stay had a very homely vibe.

Very good property. The room size is standard with bed & patio. You get gud hot breakfast, although the options are extremely limited. Overall a good & quiet location.

Cp villa | rooms with patio is a great place. The location is superb, at the heart of the city, a kilometer from cp. The prices are reasonable. The patio and a small playground made the place really special as my 6-year son could play around. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast is of limited variety but made with personal touch and care, which made it nice. The staff are helpful and courteous. One point i really liked is that, we were 3 people (me, my wife and my 6-year-old, and they had given an extra bed even before we checked in, and had not charged anything extra for it. I book at other places too for this set, and they charge for 3 people, but never provide this extra bed unless i request them and pay them extra (this includes taj hotels too, unfortunately. That way, this is the first time i found my booking to be truly respected, which felt exceptionally good. Overall, i liked the place, and am likely to get back here again.
