the hotel is in the prime location and there is no car parking at all park in front of hotel and room is looking fine but restroom not spacious and in the aspect of cleanliness the properties not up to the mark and very poor room service my overall experience is poor

This is one of the better hotels in Madurai for sure . But it is still not that good . All toilets are dirty and stinks . There is no proper space for parking your car . One of the receptionist was a rude and did not want to help , was like he wanted to go somewhere instead of helping. They switch of the AC in the middle of the breakfast was alright.

Hotel location was convenient to travel the places of tourist attraction. I got the upgraded deluxe rooms which were cozy & pretty comfortable. The only lacuna is that the water is quite hard & a softener needs to be fitted.

Very poorly maintained hotel. I had a severe problem with the AC and only after multiple complaints and finally escalation to MMT, i got a room change. By then 50% of my stay was over. Overall the hotel is very badly maintained. I had earlier visited this place in 2023 and it was much better then. They charge a lot and it’s in such a bad condition. Even showers are clogged. Hot water is barely warm and the water is extremely salty. Feels like bathing in saline water. All this would be ok if the rooms were clean and hygienic. But it’s far from that. I definitely wont be staying here again. Can’t believe this a MyBiz assured hotel. There is no meaning to be MyBiz assured anymore

Property location is a very clumsy place where it has very less space for parking. Food was unexpectedly good and tasty. Amenities and services are very average and needs to be improved for a better stay experience.

Even after placing a review, I haven't received any discount which was promised like this

I find out the Hotel Throughout MMT Room Was very good and we'll maintained , Toilet window Birds are staying over there and very bad birds Smells

Very happy with our 2 nights stay in CR Grande, Madurai hotel. The rooms were clean, staff’s behavior was very cordial and hospitable. We had breakfast one day and the next day we had dinner in hotel.Food was good.Overall I will the rate the hotel as value for money 😊😊

WiFi they have given Upto night only. Morning they have stopped router and told IPHONE is problem. Worst worst worst behaviour by staffs in the night shift.

The location was good and parking was manageable, though if we stepped out, others would occupy the spot. The room was small, and the AC wasn’t working initially, but a staff member later fixed it. We tried calling the restaurant with no response, and even after informing the reception, there was still no follow-up.

We had worst experience in this stay. The staff wer tooo rude and harsh. The room was small. No proper parking facility.

Rooms are clean and big. Bathroom Is fine, not great. Staff is also fine.Food menu has limited options. Meenakshi temple is 6 KM. Overall good experience

The room size is very small. Since we check in late they have provided a small room instead of actual booking

Room ok but bath room and toilet not clean. I sat on the toilet with bundles of tissue paper. U can not site without that.

Hotel is good. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but decent. Services were also good. Location is close to the mattuthavani bus stand. For me since i travel-led by train i found it quite a distance. But other than that everything is good about the hotel. Surely recommended!. The hotel is good.
