The place was nestled amid-st lush greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was beautifully done with all the basic necessities provided. The food was simple and yet tastefully prepared with the chef taking into consideration the personal choices. The only drawback was that hot water was not constantly available which could be a tad bit uncomfortable as the weather was really cold. The staff were welcoming and friendly and ever ready to help out with trip suggestions. Overall a great place to spend whether it be alone or as a couple or even a family.

The Craigmore By Kodai Resort Hotel, Kodaikanal is conveniently located slightly away from the crowded city centre. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful. F&b is ok and can be improved by bringing more options. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Services were prompt. Being a new property, some teething troubles were there, but those can be discounted, provided they address immediately. Overall, it was a great experience.

Peaceful and relaxing stay at craigmore. Tasty food and amazing service with friendly staff. We stayed at the heritage cottage which felt like a mini home with a garden, living area and bedroom. Located slightly away from city centre but perfect to travel in any direction and explore nearby villages, towns, etc.

Excellent new place to stay. Cozy and silent. Good breakfast spread. Staff are courteous and helpful. Overall the place was excellent for the price. Do give it a try if you're going to kodai and want a good place with a decent price.

Spacious room, good ambience, food cleanliness is poor, hair found in many foods, raised complaints too. Even though food varieties are there and tasty, poor cleanliness is a very significant drawback.

The location was amazing. It's in lap of mother nature staff was very helpful and attentive food was delicious. Service they provided was awesome. Everyone should visit this resort.
