Location -way of location is very bad and deficult to find. Food/hygiene is very poor there was no safety in resorts

No airconditinor in the room, as there website said all rooms are airconditinor, we checked out one day before. They provide us room no 104, infinity, and room no 102 is also infinity but it has airconditinor

Way too expensive- can't imagine no ac room. Pathetic food, no trained chef available, non-veg not available, stayed for 2 days - same food ( leftover ) offered, staff do cleaning only once a day, made for groups but not for family trip

Please note that you had booked non ac room yourself on mmt, still we had upgraded your room to ac without taking any extra charge because there were kids with you. We were expecting you to be grateful for this gesture. For your other issues like leftover food offered, we don’t agree to this as we don’t follow such practice. For cleaning room once a day, i believe you came with some unreasonably high expectations. Thanks for your visit.

we are stay at creek resort not worth of money pool is not working so many cockroach 🪳 in room but food was good dinner is very good
