Crescent Crest

Well firstly, don't go by the pictures posted. The lobby is not as big as it seems in the picture neither are the rooms as big as shown in images. I agree with other reviewers that the staff is good. They're a bunch of polite and well mannered people. Breakfast was quite nice. Didn't expect a buffet. Pleasantly surprised. The staff also made me a nice masala omelette. The room was quite comfortable and kept reasonably clean as well. Clean bathroom and towels as well. Here are some things to work on like fix the broken electrical switches. It's not worth the risk. If you're kind enough to provide an electric water kettle, please also provide a 15A socket that matches the kettle plug. Please maintain and clean the bathroom fittings. The over head shower sprayed water everywhere except where it needs to. Many pores were blocked. Please clean it. Overall worthy of the price charged. Reasonable for those travelling on work and just need a clean place to sleep. Some improvement needed though.

The receptionist and staff are extremely courteous. Decent Crescent Crest with all basic amenities. The food at the restaurant also has wide variety and good quality. Has few Kerala specialties. Seems to be frequented by employees of nearby companies on your. Kind enough for early check in and late checkout Cons- breakfast variety be improved as most item reflected all three days.

Room was neat and the price was decent too. We reached around 2 pm there. We couldnt order food as receptionist said the chef has already left. But you can get your food delivered through swiggy. One thing i noticed is that front parking area is not proper with no proper road. And there is no gate infeont to securely park your car. But the property lies right on the highway.

The Crescent Crest is great for a on the fly business trip or transit Road trips with family. Their food quality is decent and moderately priced. The breakfast is simple South indian style but good in quality. Rooms are clean. Tea and coffee kits are available in room with a water heater. The staff is polite and helpful.

Overall good stay. Need to keep basic amenities kit as like OYO Crescent Crest.
Hotel doesn’t have hot water facility other than that it’s superb Crescent Crest and excellent staff. Especially I thank to receptionist for responding immediately. Overall good Crescent Crest.

Easy to reach SIPCOT industrial estate. Staff behaviour was great. Food quality was ok and full marks Crescent Crest cleanliness. Fastrack taxi services available at location, as could not found OLA.
