Crescent Family Resort

It's a beautiful property nestled in the woods. Stay was very pleasant. Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious, clean and washroom was clean too. Very close to Highway and the nearest town. Breakfast was very good. Good taste and healthy. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Nice Swimming pool and well maintained.

We stayed for 3 days in the resort. The place has quite peaceful surrounding. More suitable for families. The place has fruit farm and good swimming pool to chill. It's located near the sultan battery area so close to all amenities too. Support staff were also helpful. Overall, good stay for family.

The resort is a very old property, bathroom was leaking from roof and was having very stinky smell , no proper doormats , unhygienic towels , play area is almost damaged which cannot be used , swimming pool was pathetic with carpet opening up from the floor and was not safe to be used by children…

Great location..well maintained cottages..great property with lush green cultivation however they need to work really hard on managing the restaurant..very minimal options and very generic cooking..apart from food this is a great place to stay.

Very tasty food. Staff is friendly. Property is within a coffee estate. Cottage ambiance is very pleasant! it is located within 1km from main road. You can hear chirping sounds of birds and other insects sounds which is relaxing. Cottages have beautiful kerala style sit out where you can relax enjoying the beautiful nature sipping morning tea! only suggestion is to provide ramps for easy access to senior citizens.

The location was very good, easily accessible from main road. Ample parking space. Very good staff. Food was also very nice. There were many activities and games indoor to play. We were greeted with welcome drink which was so refreshing. We booked premium cottage and it was very spacious. The only issue i faced was there was a snake right outside our cottage and it was very big one. Then he disappeared which made me so uncomfortable throughout our stay. Apart from that everything was great.

Lush greenery around the room, a nice place to relax with family. Food was okay not that great, variety can be increased. Any one lunch or dinner can be included for the price charged for stay

Rooms ambiance and size is perfect. Need to pay attention for cleaning. Need to fix on time deliveries of food. Environment is excellent. Lush green and fresh air all of the property.

The hotel has good outdoor setting but the rooms are very bad, not clean at all! i stayed in cottage the rooms were cramped up, half of the things mentioned inthe amenities were absent from the room! the washroom was not clean! overall i would rate the cottage rooms quality below average

This resort gave me a great experience. I stayed with my family. The kids enjoyed it very much. The staff were very polite and helpful. It is also budget friendly.

Property is excellent with nice surroundings. Location wise very good. Bathroom cleaning not good. Indoor games are available but can't play as accessories are not available. The swimming pool water is very dirty. Can't use the swimming pool breakfast quality and service was not good, even no taste
