I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The entire staff was extremely polite, attentive, and cooperative, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant visit from start to finish. The receptionist deserves special appreciation — she was well-educated, professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading my room upon request without any extra charge. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambiance. The breakfast experience was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options along with the flexibility of breakfast made on demand. It truly reflected great hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, this hotel delivers top-notch service with genuine warmth and professionalism. Stay was comfortable. Executive room is big as compared to deluxe. Value for money. Staff is supportive and food is also nice

location is totally bad road with several potholes. hotel check in was good .room was not totally clean . size of room was small .overall its below average I will give it a 2/5 rating

cockroaches everywhere and room were also very small and no dental kit provided but mentioned here. cleanliness needed.

It is absolutely a bad hotel, only the way of talking to the staff is very poor, there were some ACs in the bathroom and in the other room, there was no water, the room was very suffocated, not recommended 😒😒

Overall stay experience was good👍. Cleanliness may improve. There were small cockroaches roaming around the room and on complimentary tea bags and tray. They couldn't provide me the room lock key. Staff behavior was good. The road to this property was poor. However the whole experience was 👍. I will rate 3.5/5.

Actually I faced a problem at the Hotel Room which was that there were cockroaches roaming in the room I was given, but the staff was helpful enough to give me another room

The room was not good at all So bad in condition AC was leaking and water was dripping out of it The room shown in the photos is completely different from the real Very bad experience this time Worst hotel ever

Food was great, room was good too and service was amazing. it's inside a gated community and has a few malls in walking distance. but the road just when you're about to reach the inn is Katcha and fills up with water during rain

Deluxe room is not that good..But executive room are awesome. At this price point this is a good deal
