Hotel staff send location on whatsapp. Hotel rooms were unhygienic along with beddings. Food was substandard. Hotel staff was responsive and they did change my room but new room was also unhygienic.

Although we found the place a little secluded, the staff was there to guide us navigate from Hotel to Ranikhet market and back . The room was nice and had a big balcony with mountain view. Anyone planning to come here should try to reach early if they need to rent a scooty. After 6:00 PM it is very difficult to find a conveyance back to the hotel.

Pathetic hotel with low amenities. Food was bad and cooked food after buying it from market in our request. I exited next day and wasted my money paid for 8-9 th booking for which i have raised refund request
