Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road)

Pros - have parking facility - spacious and clean rooms - 15-20 min walking distance to ridge - very cooperative staff - in house kitchen - washrooms are neat and clean - breakfast is good, didn’t try other meals. - dipensary and baby stuff on 2nd floor - ladies hospital opposite (which can be beneficial point for pregnant tourists) - have two small food points on upper level of Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road) cons - small property having only 5 rooms on same floor, but another floor is under construction - road to Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road) is somewhat narrow - only 2 rooms have valley view

Superb Stay,Food was so so yum Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road). Everything about the Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road) was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

A very good stay at near perfect location, mall road is just few mins walk away from the Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road), host and staff both are very humble and very attentive. Rooms are equipped with all required amenities for a comfortable stay. Only drawback is less ventilation/view but the very close proximity to mall road compansate that because while you are on a roaming trip you don't spend much time in the room anyway. I would recommend the Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road) for those who want a value for money yet comfortable stay at very convinent location.

We had a very good experience with Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road) crossroads! the owner, the staff, the hospitality everyone and everything was on point. Everyone was so courteous! our room was a suite room and it was very spacious and the washroom was also very neat and clean. 5 minutes walk from mall road. Breakfast spread is small but tasty! suggestion: if you are planning to stay with old people (senior citizen) then it might be difficult for you to enter the Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road) and visit mall road as you have to trek k a bit, which is tiring

I was stay there on 27nov to celebrate my marriage anniversary. Very good Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road), clean rooms, common area and washroom. Electric geyser in washroom so you enjoy bath with warm water. Food quality is so yummy and mouth watering. Owner and staff are very cooperative. Best thing is, onsite parking.

Stay was very good. But it did not feel like home stay. It was more like a Crossroads Shimla (near Mall Road). Overall good stay. Food taste was also very good. Bonfire was a paid service though no extra expense which they had. It should be an included service. Water problem was there in the mornings sometimes. Good stay.

I was happy with my stay here. The room was nice and big and both the room and bathroom were kept in a clean condition and well maintained. I also liked the kettle and drink making tray. I ordered food and the complimentary breakfast and it was fine too. They also brought me an extra blanket as i was a little cold.

The rooms are cosy and clean, mall road is nearby. It’s a 15 min walk to the mall. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is okay. Parking facility is also there. Would recommend 100. Overall the place is nice.

Overall stay was good even food was decent only disappointment was there is no fan in the room as the weather is good in shimla but in month of jun e sometimes you feel like turning on the fan
