Staff is very good and well behaved with this its very close to lake and other place and on request staff will arrange almost everything ... It's around 15 km away from airport and it's new Crown Plaza Residency and well manage Crown Plaza Residency ... I really enjoy my stey in this Crown Plaza Residency Regards Manpreet

I stay for 2 nights and i would love to recommend this Crown Plaza Residency. The Crown Plaza Residency is located at very good location easily accessible by bus from airport. Local taxis and auto are available from Crown Plaza Residency. This is my first visit to srinagar and i really appreciate the hospitality of mr. Zubair (manager of Crown Plaza Residency) and the entire staff.

I was been a customer since long. But, this was the worse experience i ever had. Staff was so rude when we ask for towels they said we already given two. No service according to money. Bathroom was so bad. No cleaning. No hot water available before 8am and after 10am which is very bad specially who have kids. It was very disappointing and we were very upset from the service.

It was a wonderful stay at the Crown Plaza Residency. Right from the helpful staff, to the awesome veg food, to the clean rooms every thing was superb. The chef made sure of coming into the dining area every single time and asking if we liked the food and that we should eat well. Thank you to the entire team for helping us have a comfortable stay.

Love the Crown Plaza Residency, love the stay, extremely compliant with the governor's orders during these COVID 19 epidemic. So close to all attractions and shopping. Want to do this all again really 🔜. Thank you crown plaza Crown Plaza Residency for an unbelievable excellent experience.

Room was awesome. Location is good. Facilities are also awesome. There was no mirror in the room.. Otherwise the stay was awesome.. Room was excellent. Interior was classic. Toilet was powered with jaguar accessories. There was everything television, air conditioner, bed with heater.

I stayed in Crown Plaza for two days and my staying experience was quite satisfactory. Staff behaviour was good and room cleanliness was also fantastic. I struggled with veg food but that's the same story for entire Srinagar. I can recommend people to this Crown Plaza Residency.

Found this property on make my trip. Situated in between the town with easy access. Food was good. A little more attention / improvement required in cleanliness. Better room aminities….

Breakfast can be better

Hotel very good staff very good break fast very good. Room neat and clean. Manager j avid khan is very good staff. His behavior very friendly. Overall good experience.
