Apart from food, the Crown Valley Thekkady is really a very good place. They have got get location, right staff and amazing views.
The stay at crown valley was coformtable. The valley view is amazing. The staff is good, the location of the Crown Valley Thekkady is very close to the kumily town. The Crown Valley Thekkady staff was very much able to guide and help with local sight seeing and shows. The one thing that Crown Valley Thekkady needs to work upon is the food quality, varity. Usually not many guests stay back at thekaddy for more than a day and usually the guests visit the national park during the day, so there ae hardly people opting for lunch. Still the Crown Valley Thekkady shall be ready to serve good quality food at any time.

Lovely Crown Valley Thekkady overlooking the lusty forest, all rooms facing the valley. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a club room, which for a couple is adequate. Room was very modern, with all amenities. The Crown Valley Thekkady premises are very nice, with a great pool area and a private valley-view balcony. The roof-top restaurant, which specializes in all types of cuisine was great. Amazing quality food and good staff/waiters. The lounge area (lobby) was also very cool, with live music in the evening. Overall an excellent 4-star Crown Valley Thekkady, and from this experience will consider this Crown Valley Thekkady for our next stay. Awesome experience!

The Crown Valley Thekkady location is good, within 4-5 km from tourist spots. We have booked for club room, but upgraded to suit room, which are too big, can accommodate two king size bed. But due to lot of plantation the suit rooms smell little due to dampness. I'll also advise the roller screen in the bathroom glass plane to be changed, it looks too dirty. Garden area is nice, children play area is nice. Improvement is required in breakfast taste, variety.

We had a very pleasant stay at crown valley for 2 days. The moment we entered the property, the Crown Valley Thekkady treated with great hospitality till we checked out. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The views of the surrounding is breath taking. The indoor games, gym and swimming pool are excellent. Food is delicious too. Crown valley exceeded all our expectations, leaving us with cherished memories. I had a rejuvenating getaway with family.

It was a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Excellent, location is just great. Service, food (we took the breakfast+dinner package) was an excellent choice of food. We stayed with our one year infant baby they cared us lot regards our baby food. Service was also great as expected. Fully recommend. Excellent staff suppots. Especially from mr. Theagarajan manager from restaurant & asst. Manager and var-man support staff was too friendly throughout our stay.

Rooms with balconies give a nice view of nature. Staffs were kind and polite. The roadside location makes it easy access to the Crown Valley Thekkady. Excellent service overall and super good room (we stayed in a club room which is basic.
Hotel, rooms are tidy and clean. Management could have made arrangements to sanitize rooms and luggage in front of the customers to make the sanitization process more convincing.

Me and my family stayed here for 1 night and felt the stay was decent and good. Rooms are clean and services were good enough. They do provide good lunch or dinner inside our package and the taste is great. They have a pool facility which is nicely maintained and have some common space for spending time with family. It is located very near to the highway and can be easily spotted while driving through the highway.

Nice Crown Valley Thekkady to stay but the food was not upto the mark

The property is right on the highway and have a very positive facade. Staff is very courteous. Rooms are wonderful especially executive ones. If you get them with valley view you wont feel like leaving. Very cozy and comfortable rooms. If i am coming to thekkady/kumily again this is definitely my place to rest.

The Crown Valley Thekkady is on main road and the overall stay was excellent. Staff was also cooperative and nice food too.

The Crown Valley Thekkady is located near to the city centre and the rooms, other publicly accessible areas are very clean and Crown Valley Thekkady staffs are polite and helpful. The breakfast menus are limited. Overall it's a nice stay.

Our stay is very much comfortable and Crown Valley Thekkady is situated on the main road connecting to thekeddy. Food quality is good but we faced little service delay during dinner due to less number of staff. Our room was valley facing and room was exactly same as shown in pictures.

Rooms and washrooms were neat and clean, well maintained infrastructure. Good ambience will recommend for a staycation. Service was good. Food was below average.
