The hotel was so good. the hotel distance from mall market is 5 min walking. room clean & big size. washroom clean & hot water facilities available. best is that Kanchenjunga views from room. staff are very polite and friendly. must go on.

The hotel doesn’t even have stuffs. Terrible room service, they turn off the geyser whenever they feels like, we needed to ask for kettle and towels multiple times before they finally provided us, bedsheets were dirty as hell. Didn’t provide us the room that we originally booked saying that floor is having issue in flow of waters. Avoid this hotel at any cost. To MMT,please remove them from your list at any cost.

The windows of the rooms were hill facing giving a beautiful view of mount Kanchanjunga. Very good staff behaviour. Delicious homely food. In one word, fully satisfied. I would surely recommend this guest house.

The crown ville guest house room was good staf are politely location also good.And it was a great family hotel.

i had wonderful stay at this hotel.The Staff was cooperative and supportive.and arrange vehicle for sightseeing.the breakfast and dinner were excellent. Overall highly recommend this hotel for budget stay and nearby mall road. looking forward to staying here again.

The only good thing about this hotel was the view. 1) the hotel rooms were cluttered. 2) soiled bedsheets and towels3) very dirty rooms with the cobwebs falling on the bed and table every now and then. 4) the room was infested by bugs, flies and ants. 5) no hot water availability. 6) no arrangement of food but no cutlery or utensils even. When asked for a bowl to have thukpa they gave a steel bowl where usually e store the cooked veggies. 7) the staff is relatively new but Aslam was a sweet boy trying to help but knew nothing about the place and whereabouts. 8) Bathroom unclean, pot seat soiled, no exhausts, open duct to pass water, small and dirty basin, no toiletries provided. Doesn’t have adequate stands to keep personal toiletries. 9) carpets in the room has not been clean for ages 10) torn bedsheets

I stayed in this property, I just loved it.... anyone who wants to visit Darjeeling stay at this hotel..

A light problem, according to the weather heater should be free for guests but heater charge taken rs200 overall ok

Room are average and bathroom is not to good. Food is not avalible there but u can use zomato. Staff and ower was good

It was avarage stay not so good or not so bad. Room was not specious but the main thing is mountain view from the room. It was awesome. The full kanchenjunga range you have seen from the hotel room. And the staff was very cooperative.

This hotel not good. Room price maximum high. They are not good hotel. Hotel quality are not good.

Not value for money. Too costly and also service is not good. Called so many times in the phone number shared (hotel) as we were not getting the exact location but nobody picked up calls. We were lucky that some local people helped us to find the location of the hotel. Room view was beautiful but room rent was really high as per the service

The room was very good for the price and the bed was comfortable. You can also order rice online. High. The view of the Himalayas was amazing and it was very nice. However, I feel that the quality of the shower is a bit lacking. Also, the road from the center is too steep.
