Crowne Plaza Greater Noida

Crown plaza, the royality is itself in the name. So it was a sudden plan that me and my wife decided to spend a weekend in a Crowne Plaza Greater Noida and we chose crown plaza that day. We got a very warm welcome by the staff of crown plaza. We got a beautiful room on the 7th floor, and the view was amazing. We had our dinner included in the package and i must say, the dinner was amazing. My wife really liked the banana cup cakes that were there in the deserts and on the special request, the staff present during the dinner packed few cup cakes in a proper box so that we can carry it in our rooms. The room was literally very clean. The staff was cooperative and what i liked the most was it was the morning of independence day and the way the Crowne Plaza Greater Noida staff celebrated the independence day by hosting the indian flag with the national anthem, that was really amazing. Overall it was my amazing experience.

Thr were small things which are must in a 5star like crown plaza thr was some leakage in bathtub which was fixed later on call thr was no light in minibar which was confusing if it is working or not. Though it was working room temperature is high. Should be at customer choice to keep between 18 to 24. Though it was on 22 which is sometimes hot when u are sleeping in quilts thr was delay in room service few areas in room can b scratchy and should be renovated overall its good ambience and nice place to stay but can be much better.

It was great stay at crown plaza. The room was good enough for couple and baby. Swimming pool also nice and they make sure for hygiene and also without swimming costume nobody will enter in the pool. Now talking about food it was very nice and so much varieties. I really loved it. I would like say 2 things which I don't like it are first in couple room they provided only 1 tooth brush and secondly baby playground/ sliding/toys were not there which is also not good. They should have something for kids for play.

If you are looking for some peace time in and around noida, this is a place. The rooms are so clean and the washroom with the bathtub is a cherry on the cake. We have opted for a buffet dinner which offers a variety of chaat, starters, main course, and desserts. Buffet breakfast is the best with offerings from south Indian food and north Indian food. Lot of options available from fruits to juices to bakery items. Overall a perfect stay with a good view room.

I recently stayed at crowne plaza and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The Crowne Plaza Greater Noida's location was convenient for exploring the city, and the amenities offered were up to standard. However, the breakfast options could have been more varied. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price.

The Crowne Plaza Greater Noida is conveniently located in greater noida a few km away from yamuna expressway. The Crowne Plaza Greater Noida ambience is excellent. The rooms are spacious with all amenities. The room also has a study desk with all connectivity plugs. The bathrooms are clean and big. Overall a premium Crowne Plaza Greater Noida worth staying again.

My stay was comfortable with a very nice staff at our service. Somehow the bathtub in our bathroom was leaking and the staff helped and rectified the situation within 10 mins. They even offered us to switch rooms. They were very supportive and helpful. They even provided a complimentary cake as we were there to celebrate birthday.

My highlight was the service ! Yesoda handling the rooms was brilliant . I really appreciate unconditional service ❤️. Varun in bell desk also was very warm . Ratosh kumar at the arrival at airport made me feel at home . Overall the Crown group have upped their game and it's completely evident. I'm so glad I stayed there .

Room is very clean, staff is very polite, dinner is good menu in dinner was sufficient. Breakfast have multiple cuisine most i loved was live counter and tea was superb. Loved my stay want to come again.

The ambience is beautiful. Food is very delicious at mosaic restaurant. Loved the stay. They also arranged a cake for us as we were there for birthday celebration. Staff is sweet.
