I recently had the pleasure of staying at crowne plaza, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about my stay! location (5/5: the location of crowne plaza is not too far from the city. Whether you're a tourist looking to explore the city or a business traveler needing convenience, you'll find this location to be perfect. Accommodation (5/5: the room i stayed in was not only impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the room was spacious and tastefully decorated. It had all the amenities i needed, including a well-stocked minibar, a coffee maker, and a beautiful bathroom with plush towels and high-quality toiletries. Food (5/5: the dining experience at crowne plaza was a highlight of my stay. The InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road's restaurant offered a diverse menu with a wide range of options to cater to all tastes. From delicious breakfast buffets to mouthwatering dinner selections, the food was consistently outstanding. The presentation and flavours of each dish were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. Experience: our stay was pleasant and comfortable, made all the more memorable by the impeccable service & warm hospitality extended to us by the InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road staff. The duty manager, ravinder chahar, went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate us, from upgrading us to a suite to arranging for the InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road vehicle to transport us to the nearby tourist destinations. Location: even though the InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road is outside the main city center, it is located in a peaceful and cozy part of jaipur, away from the noisome traffic. Food: the offerings at the breakfast buffet were extensive, with a particularly mouth-watering selection of bakery items. On the day of our check-out, we had requested for some food items from the buffet to be packed for our onward journey, and suman, one of the buffet staff, had expertly arranged for generous helpings of all that we had requested. The in-room dining we had ordered was decent: even though our food had arrived cold, it was reheated upon request. The high tea served in the afternoon, however, leaves a lot to be desired, and can be greatly improved upon by adding more snack items. Room: the suite we stayed in was spacious, even though the furniture and upholstery were quite pedestrian and somewhat dated.

I had an excellent stay. Abhinav, the front office manager & abide ensured that we had a comfortable & relaxing stay. They were very courteous & went out of the way to make the experience memorable for us. Both of them deserve the best. They restored our trust in the ihg group. Vishal singh, kamal & chef dhirender from fnb ensured that we were happy with the food. The service provided by vishal singh was excellent. He ensured that we were comfortable & got everything that we needed. The breakfast & dinner buffet was lavish with great taste & cuisine. Food had good variety. 5 star for the service & hospitality. Highly recommend this place for the service, care & excellent experience. Not to miss!

Excellent stay, one of the best service oriented InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road i have stayed. Food spread was good, all dishes were well prepared and tasty. Location is near choke dhani, slightly out of the city, hence u beat the hustle bustle. Our room was on a newly decorated floor, every detail of the room was well mapped and tastefully done. Special mention to durgesh and dinesh for the courteous behavior and special. In fact all the staff were very well behaved, trained. Took special care of our every small little requirements including those pertaining to our little one. We shall visit again!

Overall property upkeep is fantastic. Given the holiday season, Check-in experience was not bad but dull. We were upgraded to a category above what we booked because of availability so that was fair on their part. Buffet spread was quite extensive and food preparation was very good. The bakery was awesome. We got ourselves a batch of fresh oats & banana cookies which was being served there with tea pots. We loved them. Only thing which was not in our favor was distance from the old Jaipur city which is a pain given the number of traffic signals in Jaipur and overall driving speed of the locals.

I stayed with my family in two rooms for two nights. It was a pleasant stay throughout the 3days. Rooms are very big, neat and clean. Bed is excellent and the wash rooms are world class. Hotel is well maintained with smiling staff all around. Breakfast spread is very good with caring staff all around. Only the drawback is the InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road us far away from the main city. Woukd like to stay in this InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road again if i visit jaipur in future. Would recommend this InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road to my friends and relatives.

We stayed at their suite for 1 night. The property is very well maintained. The rooms are excellent and have a modern feel. The food ordered from their restaurant was really great. The buffet menu has decent options and food is good. Our suite package did not include breakfast but the front disk was kind enough to include it in our package for free. However there are some management issues. We tried contacting their restaurant for their menu, but it took us 5 calls to get the menu. All the person gave different answers. This needs to be solved

It was a pleasant stay in the InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road. Enjoyed pool, gym, meals. A perfect holiday spent together. Both dinner and breakfast buffet were nice.

While coming from vadodara expressway we missed dhosa and landed at next exit. To our surprise this was the first property from lalsot exit. Great staff and buffet. Would love to come again! value for money property

Staff here is very co-operative, we asked for connecting rooms as we were travel-ling with kids. Without any hustle they provided us the inter connected room. Swimming pool is good in size. Really enjoyed here. Food tastes very good with lots of varieties in breakfast and dinner. Very spacious modernly designed rooms with all the amenities. A big bathroom with bath tub, shower cabin in it.

The InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Roads pool is too good and the food is so delicious and the safe behaviour is good everything is fine
