Had a wonderful, hassle free stay at crowne plaza kochi. Everything from check in to check out was efficiently managed by the staff. Absolutely no delay in their services. It is a well maintained, clean property and worth every penny. The staff did go the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Special mention to ms. Sneha at the front desk for her hospitality as well as to ms. Merlin (trainee. Regarding the food, they offer a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. We had an in room dining, and everything we ordered was delicious. Same goes for the morning buffet. All in all a wonderful experience.

I stayed here for a conference at the same Crowne Plaza Kochi. I was upgraded to a bigger room, which was very spacious. The staff are polite, courteous and very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes and taste was good though i was quite disappointed with the filter coffee quality. I had the lunch and dinner at the banquet only. The food was more kerala style and so i did not enjoy it so much. The desserts were excellent. Overall had an enjoyable stay.

Had an amazing experience at crowne plaza, cochin. Great food and well maintained rooms with top notch interior. Extremely grateful to the staffs for their courteous behaviour and great hospitality. They did make sure they made us feel at home. Loved the breakfast buffet spread and had the opportunity to meet the chef himself who was kind enough to meet and greet us. I must say that the property is very well maintained & at a convenient location to fort kochi, airport, state highway. Enjoyed the wide variety & sumptuous breakfast served during our stay. Stayed for a night with my family. The food was great, had breakfast and dinner at the mosaic. Hygiene and safety standards were commendable.

Excellent room service, the staff were extremely helpful and prompt. The diversity of cuisines in different restaurants was pretty good. The taste and quality of the buffet is well worth it's price. The attention, alertness and efficiency of staff in all the restaurants is worth mentioning, especially the staff in mosaic where buffet is served. I would definitely be back for another staycation package!

I had a pleasant staycation at crowne plaza. Staffs were so friendly and i had an amazing feel like home away from home

However, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and actually liked living slightly outside the city. It was an extremely comfortable stay. The rooms and beds were very conducive to naps and sleeps needed for people exhausted after a long day of work. The food quality was exceptional and the choice offered in menus was really well received. The rooms are comfortable and all facilities were in top working

Food taste is not upto the mark. Also, there is no wallet parking after 12 mn. Rest all services are good
