I recently had the pleasure of staying at crowne plaza Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar mayur vihar, and despite some initial hiccups, my experience turned out to be nothing short of exceptional. Upon arrival, i encountered a slight delay in check-in, despite requesting an early arrival. However, the Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar staff handled the situation with grace and generosity. Despite our intention to quickly drop off our bags and head out to explore, the Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar went above and beyond by upgrading our room and offering us a complimentary meal. ( b) range of items is slightly limited- maybe pizza could be introduced in the breakfast. ( c) seating area for the buffet is a little narrow. ( d) dinner buffet : somewhat fewer items than should be or are offered at dinner buffet of similar Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihars/ chat selection is quite decent/ item " lit-ti - chokha " was not lit-ti - chokha ; actually it was baati filled with daal or lentils. ( 3) beverages

Hotel staffs are clearly focused on delivering best customer experience right from checkin, room ambience, in-room dining, morning breakfast, checkout experience. Chef attends to every table and ask about experience and suggestion. Attendants are prompt is service. Food quality and spread was good. Just that my in-room food invoice is yet not mailed to me. Being saturday checkout their finance team was not available but assurance was given that my food bill would be mailed to me on monday. Today is wednesday and i am yet to receive the mail.

I liked the breakfast always there is seriously an issue with chinese cuisine in your kitchen as i tried it the last time and this time as well and both the time it disappointed me overall my stay was pleasant also for business trips as we usually don't get to spend time in the Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar, we request you to take sufficient details at the time while checking in to avoid the unnecessary emailers for dnd

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Good location - convenient to travel to delhi and noida both. Also close to 2 metro stations - new ashoknagar and mayur vihar. Breakfast spread was good but there are scope for improvement in food quality. Service was quick and polite. Inside the room, there should be more visible points for charging phone and laptop. The mattress that i used was too soft and not as per orthopedic guidelines.

Property location was within the city just adjacent to a metro line, would rate it 7/10. Food was good, but could have been amazing in some cases, would rate it 9/10. Amenities were apt and luxurious, would rate it 10/10. Services were good and issues were being addressed well, but could have been handled in a better way to avoid to and fro, would rate it 8/10.

We were living at indirapuram and the crown plaza was our favorite weekend destination. The same quality, and the same nostalgia, comes back every time we revisit the Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar. Nice ambiance, friendly staffs, good food: nothing has changed in crown plaza.

Rooms are well maintained and spacious. It seems like Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar has taken care of every aspects. Hotel staffs are very cooperative and polite.

The stay was good although the check in process took some time. The room was nice and tidy, the staff was courteous and the food was upto the mark.

Excellent stay. Only drawback is late checkin timings that is 3pm. Food was good. Place has a very nice vibe and great view.

Had a great stay here with everything one could expect from a five star Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar. They have good clean rooms, polite staff, and very centrally located at a fair pricing.

Location and rooms are pretty good but the buffet breakfast has limited options. Also the time to process your request is too long.

The location is good but there is a lot of foul smell on the ground floor and outside because of a nearby drain(nala. The bed is also not that comfortable. In breakfast there are loads of options.

It was very memorable and nice exp at crown plaza from the time we check inn and check out. Every thing was perfect and staff very helpful and very courteous and bfast was amazing. Over all services and hospatility was an exp.
