Rooms were clean, every room has a bathtub and luxury toilet seat. Food was delicious plus service was also good. We had a luxury dinning experience at kaansa and it was worth it. Things to improve : checkin checkout process, rooms were allocated far off even though we had a spl request. Cake was not arranged , like for everything one has to ask twice thrice was not expected from 5 star Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel. Pool was not properly closed and covered for an event which was not informed during our booking.

There were some issues with the air conditioning and some musty odour - had to switch rooms a couple of times and it was a pain but the duty manager dilsher singh made up for all that by allowing us a late checkout and sending fruits and in-room dining on the house. He really made a good effort to make up for the eff-ups... appreciate his warmth & thoughtfulness.

We, family of 3 stayed for one night. Visited crown plaza after 6 years. The Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel is still the same, comfortable, nicely decorated with all the modern amenities and touch of luxury. Buffet spread was fantastic. Staff as expected polite and helpful. Would certainly stay again and recommend others

Smooth check-in. Well assisted by ms ankita and ms rekha at front desk. We were given an upgrade and room with a great view. Breakfast and dinner spread are great with all the services. They also arranged a nice cake for us as we were travel-ling for the birthday celebration. All in all a satisfactory stay.

Great place. Room was comfortable and well equipped with modern amenities. The washroom too was very spacious and had very high quality toiletries. Only issue was the phone available to call the reception was not always working. It always took 4-5 tries to connect through it. Rest service was great.

The stay was delightful, the facilities and amenities provided in the property were beyond excellence. Looking forward to more stays there!

Room booked was neat/clean/well organized/comfortable! the staff/service was par excellence, and the breakfast too was a wide spread it catered beyond satisfaction. I will surely over and over again.
