Sometimes you go to a place with so many doubts, but it ends up being the absolute best experience. From entering the place for the first time to saying goodbye to the staff, overall the decision to stay here was perfect. The staff at crowne plaza is very polite and helpful and extremely hospitable welcoming. The rooms are spacious, with bath tub and several other basic but much needed amenities. They are especially careful about maintaining hygienic conditions within and outside the rooms. We had complimentary breakfast during our stay and it was totally worth it with so many different options available to your liking. In fact, the chefs also customize your meals to your liking which is very courteous of them. Stay at crowne plaza and forget all your worries at home.

Property was quite good. Although i am regular traveler to gurgoan and mostly stay in taj or roseate but this time i choose crown plaza and found very comfortable and they keep very small things in mind even taj don't. Lastly my was very much comfortable but forgot ro review but aanya called me and asked me about my stay that is i liked the most. As i am itself a Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotelier so this type of practice is liked the most. And exactly the way aanya took me there it was awesome. Thank you team i will definitely book the same in my next trip also refer to my friends

Ambience is good however the check-in process needs improvement. I reserved a smoking room and frontdesk person said it's not a smoking room. I shown him my voucher and room category and it is written there smoking room. I had to wait 30 mins to get a room. Nobody asked for water while waiting. Rooms are neat n clean no doubt on this. Food is also nice but Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel needs to add more options for vegetarians because all the sweet dishes like waffle or pancakes contains eggs. Rest overall experience is good.

It was a memorable 3 day stay for me at crowne plaza gurgaon from 9 to 11 march 2024. I was warmly welcomed, the check in was smooth and i was escorted to my room. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a great view of the city. There are quite a few good restaurants in this Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel and buffet breakfast spread was really lavish. The service rendered by the staff was excellent and especially aanya, reehan, and manisha went out of the way to make my stay a standout one

Stayed in crowne plaza for a night and the overall stay was good, i am quite satisfied with the stay. Rooms were clean with ample amenities. Breakfast had good options but overall the taste can be improved for most of the things. The tarrif and other things like restaurant, in room dining, mini bar etc are overpriced and Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel can look to reduce the prices a bit. But overall it was good and satisfying.

It was a business trip and i really like the posh amenities provided by the Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel. Right from the entrance till you reach the room the staff here are courteous. Breakfast was also good with sufficient variety. The bathroom had bathtub and spacious. If you get a good deal, just go blindly. This is located in the it hub and very near to most of the companies. You get taxis when needed.

Location is within the city. Can access major landmarks via cabs. Nearest metro station is iffco chowk about 1. 7 kms from here. The food is great with so much variety (10/10. Service of the Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel are good but not great. There are times when they make you wait for long.

The check in was good. The dinner and breakfast staff and arrangement was very nice. The staff was very polite and helpful. But the room was not clean. The bathroom cleanliness was not up to the point and my comforter and bedsheet was dirty. Cleanliness is a big issue especially at this price point. Otherwise the staff was very nice and polite.

Awesome beautiful property with finest people around to take care of you great buffet spreads. Nice room. Everything got aligned just perfectly

This property is very conveniently located next to sector 29 & near cyber hub. Rooms are very spacious & have very hygienic washroom.

Nice and comfortable as always, clean room and linen. Swimming experience can be better. We have asked for swimming costume this time but they do not have size available.

Overall good, ambience staff food parking everything was good as i a member i get privilege and extra curtesy. Will revisit for sure
