The bathrooms are nice and modern though the flooring is the room and bathroom can be slippery. I slipped (though I didn't fall) almost every time I went to the bathroom. I felt that was a wee dangerous. I could see the Chandi Devi temple from my room window and since I went during the monsoons, saw it being covered up in clouds, which was a nice visual. The room size for the deluxe room was decent and would be very comfortable for two people.

Food was delicious and yummy. Location is near to harki pauri, 5 minutes from auto. Auto's are easily available.

The Crystal Ganga Heights 5 Min from Har Ki Pauri is located at a great location and close to Har k Paudi. The rooms are spacious and were properly cleaned maintained and toilets were good. Housekeeping was one problem which was okay to me. Hotel receptionist was very helpful and courteous and the Crystal Ganga Heights 5 Min from Har Ki Pauri manager MANOJ too was good so Manoj along with the receptionist deserve a pat on their back !!

Room is big and clean. Photo given on the internet in fact does not show it properly. We opted for Ganga facing executive room. View is good. Location is good. Its 3 km from Har Ki Pauri. Transport easily available. Washroom, linen etc. All are **** and clean. We enjoyed their tasty breakfast. Will stay in this Crystal Ganga Heights 5 Min from Har Ki Pauri only for our next visit, whenever it happens.

I stayed with my family in this Hotel. Hotel is strategically located on main hardware degraded Road and minutes away from Har Ki Pauri. Hotel room, washrooms is very cleaned and modern, staff at reception and room service staff was well trained and cooperative. Hotel served delicious breakfast and dinner. It was wonderful experience and certainly recommend to my friends.

Food quality was very good its very difficult to find good food in Haridwar

We had a great stay at crystal ganga heights. Service was top notch. They gave us complimentary upgrade and immediately changed our room when we had issue with AC. Staff was too eager to help. There was parking and stay and food for driver. Breakfast was included and had nice spread. Overall a very happy and satisfied customer.

Service was great, location is on highway which makes it difficult to get public transport. Staff was great and accommodating, River is visible but not exactly accessible from this location.

My stay was for 1 day only in feb 2023. Hotel is new and some finishing work going on. Breakfast was good. Rooms wit g ganga river view were very pleasant. Rooms are of big size. Service of staff was very nice. Location wise it is very convenient. Walking distance from amrapur ghat and 5 min. Drive to hear ki pauri.

Good breakfast buffet but for sure it can be improved upon. Hotel dining is little on expensive side but may be this is everywhere.
