The location and the set up is excellent. Good food. Cordial behaviour. Some improvement required in room accessories.

The resort has a beautiful landscape with ample space, and everything is maintained very cleanly. One of the major highlights for us was the swimming pool — very well maintained and definitely one of the best attractions on the property. The treehouse stay with the bathtub was the showstopper. It gave us a unique and memorable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone planning a romantic trip. The staff at the resort are extremely humble and friendly, right from the reception to housekeeping. Their hospitality truly enhances the stay. The restaurant serves good food, but the timings are quite restricted. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are each available only within a 2-hour window, and once that closes, no food is available — especially after 10 PM. This is something I feel the resort should definitely improve, as guests may need flexible dining options. The taste of the food was good, though not fully at the level expected from a 5-star property. In terms of activities, the resort has very limited options apart from the forest walk and campfire (which we didn’t utlize). There isn’t much offered as part of the stay, so adding more activities would make the experience more engaging and avoid boredom for guests. They do provide complimentary evening tea/coffee with snacks along with breakfast, which is a nice touch. Overall, the resort scores high on cleanliness, staff behavior, reception, and the unique treehouse experience. I would strongly suggest adding more activities — and given their wonderful landscape, introducing something like a zipline could be a fantastic attraction. A great place for a peaceful getaway, with room for a few improvements.

I and my wife had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush paddy fields ( Does not belong to the property though) that create a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. The food was absolutely delicious but was missing more authentic kerala cuisine. What truly made the experience special was the staff — they were warm, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Their hospitality made the stay even more memorable. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax, enjoy good food, and reconnect with nature. The property is exquisite for a nature lover, aplomb with trees, and great spaces for just sitting and relax. The staff were nothing less than excellent and accommodated every request of ours, which were quite a lot considering we were travelling with an infant. Loved the local cuisine they offered. But my favourite was the evening Tea at Chayakoda!

Extremely disappointed with this stay. AC didn’t work, bathroom drainage was blocked, food & hygiene were terrible (frogs/insects in pool, ants in buffet glasses). They even offered a smaller room without a balcony when asked for a change. Unsafe activity Not a 5-star experience.

Stay was good, private pool villa had a very small geyser and there was problem for hot water. Food was average and can be improved. Spa service was excellent

Resort is very good with all amenities ... it’s inside jungle, paddy field gives very serene view... spa of amazing, food was superb, staff were extremely polite and help ful... very great and comfortable stay

We were 6 family group. Stayed in a cottage with two bedrooms. The rooms were clean. The property was well maintained and had indoor games. Breakfast and dinner had good options and tasty. The staff served with a smile. Overall good experience Only improvement would be the road leading to the property from main road. Its around 800 meters and the width of the road is very narrow and only one car can pass.

The property is amazing! Great staff and so hospitable! Rooms are top notch, staff is top notch as well.. the whole experience of staying there was simply fantastic.. we booked the amazing tree house. The views are great, property is well maintained. The staff ensures you have a great stay. The chaikadda was good too.
