Crystal Palms Highway resort

First I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to share the review I'm very very sad to share the reviewes regarding the crystal palace resort There is no facility and the way of treating the customers and the swimming pool is still under maintenance but in the online showing its already ready to use so about swimming pool we felt very sad for the resort. A nice destination away from city in a scenic location. Very good place for relaxation and spending holidays

Property location is good, but the rooms are not worth the booking amount, rooms are clean but their is no comfort

Nice place to stay, clean rooms and no disturbance and good food and good service. Nice resort to spend the quality time with family.

Room was not clean washroom was horrible. Ambience outside the room is decent. But the room was bad

Very good place to stay at ಕಲ್ಬುರ್ಗಿ.Resort staffs shivanand and ganesh are too good. Nice people and good hospitality by them. Felt as if I am at my known persons house. Food is good. If other activities Were there then it would have been better. Plan and attract customers for day out packages. Then transport will become easy to reach there.

Not a good stay, rooms are very dirty, no locks in the bathroom, a very very bad experience with me

No mask, unclean washroom, not worth the amount paid. Got a feeling that you get a substandard room if booking is done thru mmt no safety, no one is wearing mask, no sanitizers anywhere

Good hotel on outskirts but the breakfast should be improved.

Great location off the highway. Spent a night. Rooms are a good size, clean and sanitised. Breakfast was a tomato and cheese sandwich. Just enough to get us on our way.

Nice location, excellent service

Picture perfect ambiance, special in the late evening. Well laid cottages, clean and tidy small swimming pool. Courteous and helpful staff. Ample parking place, food was also good.

Wow, what a resort in Gulbarga. Swimming pool and other activities made it more enjoyable. Rooms with a great view and seating area. Complimentary breakfast was good. Security and staff was friendly.

Very expensive food I would never like o visit this place because of the cost of the food! Paying odd money for every single time food is just worthless. That too for veg, and non veg food just forget about the pricing. Just because there are no hotels near by your resort you cannot just charge 3 times more than the normal price. I would not visit that place neither would I suggest any of my friends or relatives to have food there. I stayed without food for the whole day not because I cannot pay, but it’s absolutely good to save so much money instead of giving them so much profit for nothing.

It was a perfect place in such an isolated City! Loved the stay soothing environment

Don't fall for it. Don't go to this hotel. Just not up to the standards.
