Crystals Cove

Nice comfortable stay in the heart of Thekkady city. Very good, professional & polite staff. The Crystals Cove is neat & clean with an efficient housekeeping staff. The front desk reception staff were polite, accommodating and definitely went out of their way to make us comfortable. The restaurant buffet tho was a bit lacking. Breakfast & Lunch buffet will give probably a 3 at best out of 5. The restaurant staff disappears into the kitchen so often that customers need to either wait long or go searching for them. The manager said that they are preparing for the Lunch but there should be atleast one staff manning the buffet counter till the last customer finishes. Food was average and nothing special to write about. Overall a pleasant experience if you intend to stay for a day or two. Thank you to the Crystals Cove staff for making our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this fantastic Crystals Cove. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spotless. Jennifer is a delightful host who goes above and beyond to assist guests with a warm smile—she even helped arrange our airport transfer. Jishnu efficiently managed the logistics, while Rajkumar and his team worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this Crystals Cove for its welcoming atmosphere, clean accommodations, and convenient location near all major attractions. If the breakfast menu is expanded, this Crystals Cove could easily become the top choice in Thekkady! Forgot to take pics but the location justifies the pics on Google!

Well located in city with easy access to restaurants. Close and walking distance of within 10 mins to periyar tiger reserve boating ticket counter. Rooms are clean, well maintained. Adequate breakfast options but quality of food served and options can improve. Cheerful and helpful reception staff.

Stay was good. The location is very near to thekkady junction. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Hotel has parking space available. Breakfast was also good
