Culture Cove Studio at Element One

Worst experience ever. I am booking hese rooms since long, but this time the room was too bad. Pillows were stinking, even Couch cover was too dirty and these sofa cushions were stinking. It was a really bad experience. No water, no glasses. Even, RO was missing as what we usually get in the room here. Thankfully, the bed was clean and I was able to sleep but without pillow

Comfortable and value for money! Only 1 suggestion - Either provide RO machine in the pantry of the room or mineral water. Filled bottles are not very reliable

Its a decent 6 on 10 trip with this hotel i changed 2 3 room in 3 days due to issues at rooms

The property owner is an impolite imbecile. Property is shoddy and the bed creaks. Had the worst experience post visiting the place with my family. The property owner is a vicious lady who has no idea how to deal with customers and she has zero sense of servicing customers. The images displayed are nowhere matching to really of the property.

It is really Awesome.Supervisor Chandini is very supportive in getting the things done ontime. very good thing is an hour before or after the checkin or checkout time will be taken care rather than demanding. Always helpful in calls and customer centric

Room was good and so was the location. it is not an appartment in a true sense, however the room was big and clean. self check in. good enough kitchen cutlery for making tea and cooking maggie. microwave, electric stove and water purifier. stayed for 5 nights

The towels were torn, the bedsheet was torn, the bed was dirty, the room had spiders, the toilet was untidy.

excellent location.. value for money stay and most importantly the owner of the property is so humble and generous as my checkin time was 2 pm but i checked in early at mrng 6 am and the owner allowed me without asking single question.. must recommend property in sector 49

The stay was average as there were no slippers in the room, neither there were towels in the washroom plus there was leakage in the bathroom. So, the entire thing was just not upto the mark. Hence, please look into this so that it can be well maintained from next time.

I really liked my stay there the places really nice and has beautiful ambience so I feel that everyone who goes there might enjoy the place

First they provide me room...when I entered..there was no electricity...thn they give me another room..the gate lock was broken..lock was not.....when we call caretaker..he was not receiving call...worst experience

No host no service if i am travelling from other location atleast i shd be brief abt the surroundings

Place was decent. Rooms and toilets were clean. However air conditioning wasnt cooling well, so they helped me to switch rooms. There is no reception. You call the caretaker to check in. Room has microwave, hot plate and sink to wash utensils also. Value for money. Basement free parking was a bonus.
