Hey this is absolutely beach front, but all the rooms are not beach facing. They have a private road which directly connects to beach. This is an old home, not a luxury Cupid's Heaven Resort with all basic and important amenities as we get in home, very clean washrooms. You don't get that matching bedsheet or pillow as its going to be very basic stay. By saying this i am just setting up an expectation like what to expect when you come here. Now the great part is i took a longer stay here as i thought of taking advantage of working from home and just thought of working from goa. This gives absolute feeling of being at home, good internet, very very helpful caretaker. They allow you to cook by yourself, you can use the fridge to keep your stuff. The caretaker even can cook for you occasionally if u tip him a lil. Very calm beach, less crowd. You get perfect mindset to work and can rent a scooter to explore nearby places for weekend. But only thing they don't have any ac working for now, but they might get the service done soon, so if you are looking for ac room, check with owner before you call. Moreover great experience, good owner, good caretaker.

Rooms are ok, the place is right on the beach, there's a common balcony with beach view, budget stay good for solo travelers, just need a bit more cleaning, room had moisture stink, when we entered first time in room, bedsheet needed to be clean.
