Our house is located in the historic part of Goa. Situated in the heart of Goa with easy access to both North and South Goa, come here to experience authentic Goan village vibes.

Continental dishes are offered in breakfast Dishes ranges from North Indian to every kind. Guests can experience a true taste of every dish at resort.It provides with great varieties of food. Food is available at nominal rates.

We have three bedrooms, a master bedroom with an attached bath and two other bedrooms with private balconies and a common bath .The Hotel features good accommodations to the guests offering them with fresh cool air through large opening windows. All the are equipped with double beds ,Flat-TV screen, DTH services, Bath Private bathroom , Cupboard, Shower and bath, Toilet, Bathroom, Air conditioner.

Our 2000 sq/ft serviced villa with a sea view from the terrace, has a fully furnished kitchen, living and dining space.There is an auto and taxi stand right up at the NIO circle. We also provide a list of recommended vehicle hire outlets to our confirmed guests.This list is based on previous guest recommendations and has no financial profit to us.

• The reputed National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) is just across the road and a kilometer away is the Governor's palace on one side and the Goa University on the other end.
