From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly welcome. The rooms are comfortable, compact and clean. The only draw back is that the rooms have no windows or balcony, there by lack of sunlight and ventilation. The food at rooftop restaurant was very good and the staff was courtesy and helpful. I will like to specially mention sandip and payal for their outstanding services. Vinay at the reception is an example of service with a smile. Very hard working and efficient. He even has a nack of refusing a courtesy favour citing rules with a smile. I had to speak to the property manager for a late check out by 1. 5 hrs, which he could have done it himself. I wish him great success

Each of the staff was very helpful and polite and always there to help. Food was good and i feel having restraunt and swimming pool at terrace was a plus point. Thank you

The Cygnett Collection KK Hotel Ayodhya is equipped with modern amenities like jacuzzi in the suite room. Spacious rooms with courteous staff. Rooms are only 40 so mostly booked. Swimming pool & restaurant on terrace gives you a fresh feel. There is no lawn or garden at the ground level

Front desk executives are lazy, inefficient and are not well dressed. Location is most convenient & services including food are good.

Overall experience was good. Nice Cygnett Collection KK Hotel Ayodhya tasty food. Good staff. Room cleaning need to be improve also need to add more utility in room. Outside customer should not allowed to access pool.

It was a wonderful stay. Room was great and hospitality was of world class. Breakfast was delicious. I can say that it is the best in ayodhya.

Overall stay was good and breakfast was very good. Thought some toilet fixture was required attention to fix it.

Good property as it is new. I liked the stay there. I would have given 5 star if front office staff at reception was bit more experienced or helpful. They also need to work more on room sound proofing and pool water spilling on the walking stairs which is a risk hazard.

It is a nice Cygnett Collection KK Hotel Ayodhya with decent amenities. The suite room is facing the road and the noise from traffic can be a little bothersome.

It was a nice and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean. Food was nice. I booked 2 rooms out of which 1 room's ac was not as good as the other one. Still i say prices are bit on higher side. Staff was good. Overall good experience.
