Awesome stay, great location, reliance store, medical shopsjust 50 meters away for any daily needs or emergency needs, great ambience, well kept rooms, beds perfect, ample space and a desk for studying & official works, Wi-Fi perfect & extremely easy to connect and great speeds, small refrigerator, wardrobe, to unit, 2 bottles of complimentary water, tea sachets provided in good quantity, extremely helpful housekeeping staffs, e-food menu , bar available, great room & reception service, extremely easy check in & check out service, food service quick & good quantity & great taste, bathroom - all amenities provided, hot & cold shower, hair dryer provided, Ac was perfect although I did not used much as I was travelling in December but found it useful as it helped in keeping the room hot. All in all perfect for business, short stay & even longer stays with family, friends, kids & parents. Will definitely recommend this one rather than going for a five star, as for me it was a 5 star stay.

My stay at cygnett inn imperial was absolutely fantastic! the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, from the modern amenities to the thoughtful touches.

Relatively new property, in a busy section of the town. The rooms are spacious and have all facilities. The internet is good. The breakfast is decent. They have live music in the restaurant, during the dinner, and the breakfast service, which i have experienced for the first time. There is a person playing the flute, pretty soothing. Good option in tezpur.

No doubt, whenever i stay here, there is nothing to say anything negative. I like it because, this Cygnett Inn Imperial, Tezpur maintain its qualities same as from the very first time i been there.

In short, it was a delightful experience. Ambiance, cleanliness, food, the staff's behavior, and the location all contributed to the great experience.

Good location in the centre of city, nice cosy rooms, excellent spread of buffet breakfast. Very good ambience overall, staff very welcoming.
