My stay in cygnet was an awesome experience indeed. I got a neat and clean room with luxurious accommodation. Staff were properly dressed and well behaved. Room was big enough and we had a sound sleep. Ac, towels, tv, freezer, sanitary kits, warm water everything was available in the room with a wonderful scenic beauty from the big window. I would love to stay in cygnet in future. I have already added my experience and feedback in the above mentioned message. Apart from that i would only like to say that cygnet provided an awesome service. We really loved it. Our tour was completed by staying in cygnet. Thanks!

This place was the best thing that happened to me in itanagar. After a long and tedious journey to the state capital, the place to stay that cygennt inn provided was comfortable with top notch room decor and a warm service. The Cygnett Inn Trendz Itanagar management was efficient to cater to my needs and room service was up to the standards. I loved the plethora of food that's provided for the culinary enthusiasts. My favorite picks would be the non-vegetarian platter from the starters, a fulfilling bowl of pasta (aglio oleo with cheese and garlic sauce, murgh biryani in the main course.

The stay is perfectly comfortable. Nice, clean and lovely rooms, good and friendly staffs, very good service gesture of all staffs barring one or two. Operation Manager Pushpendra Singh and House Keeping Manager Vinod Prasad names deserves a mention for their excellent service gestures. Special attention required in the foods and beverages food needs improvement in terms of quantity and quality. Food price need to be reviewed due to very high cost. No value for money in terms of in house food, and I did not receive a bill on a proper letter head.

Probably the best Cygnett Inn Trendz Itanagar in Itanagar town. The Cygnett Inn Trendz Itanagar has not disappointed in terms of quality of rooms and service. However, the Cygnett Inn Trendz Itanagar is located little far from the city thus limiting traveller's dining out options. The food menu needs some work. Would really appreciate if a proper menu is given in rooms rather than shabby print outs. Variety of options needs to be looked at. However, there is no complaint in terms of food taste and quality.

The Cygnett Inn Trendz Itanagar was new. The stay was comfortable. However a few OFI's are. It would be helpful if the shower area has a partition so that water does not spill over to other areas of the bathroom. It would be great if the Cygnett Inn Trendz Itanagar provided some amenities like a dental kit etc. Also the in house food could be better, both in terms of taste and helpings. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely stay again given the opportunity. Regards.

Stayed for a few hours overnight during a long drive. . . Food in breakfast was surprisingly good and varied. . . . The interiors, walkways and corridors need some talc and were particularly bland for a hill state thats vibrant in color. . . Technical glitches with door locks. . 1. Reception n front office persons are help in attitudes. While i am taking entry to Cygnett Inn Trendz Itanagar they hv observe my problem in walking strait. They realise n organised the best room for me so i can hv less stress. I found they are excellent in hospitality industry. 2. At restaurant amaresh n jay-ant they are very helpful to serve me breakfast based on my requirement and managing the restaurant so efficiently

I had nice n enjoyed staying in Cygnett Inn Trendz Itanagar. Property is elegantly furnished and located in a suitable location in the centre of city. With proper and secure parking with security gaurd 24hrs, provide foods of continentals, chinese and indians. Preparation of foods are very hygiene and delicious. Amenities are fabulous with well furnished. Service are excellent and staffs are very responsive and helpful.

Great stay at Itanagar, all the facilities are absolutely phenomenal only services are quite slow apart from this all arrangement are great.

Very incapable to manage the booking. Messed up with room allocation and finally preparing the bill at check out. Even due to her negligence we faced issues during breakfast.

Great rooms, best Cygnett Inn Trendz Itanagar for Itanagar and Naharlagun. However, restaurant and in room dining rates need to be lower, they are not in sync with the quality of food.
