Cygnett Park BL Jaipur

The room was extremely compact. While taking a bath, the water wasn’t draining, and I wasn’t able to call the service staff because I was in the middle of bathing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Hotel Cygnett park Bl is situated at a good location. Their staff is cooperative with good behavior. Rooms and all hotel areas are clean and maintained. There is one swimming pool which is well maintained, and the food quality is also good.

Food was good but the manager was rough and hospitality was not that good. Room service was very bad.

Location was nice, rooms were spacious, but the breakfast meal was not up to the mark as the food served was cold and was not refilled on time.

Worth every penny. Cygnett was the most amazing and comfortable stay I have ever experienced ( had experienced other well know expensive stays within jaipur ). The level of privacy and hospitality was the besttt. I would absolutely love to visit again. The room were A class , the washroom were clean and the property was beautiful. I loved it so much that I even cpnsidered to cancel my other booking to extend the stay here.

Good location and supportive staff made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and had enough variety.

Pros - Food tastes decent, staff try to work on the feedback given. cons - location, missing amenities, the room wasn't maintained properly so, i booked a deluxe suite, i expected room at a higher floor, they have 4 floors and i got it on 3rd after requesting, the room was not properly checked and the amenities were missing, i am attaching few pictures which will define the location and condition better, i faced issues on the day of check in which spoiled my mood however, hotel worked on the feedback and provided me with what was missing. they also, allowed me to extend on the checkout day, for 2 hours. but then, i would like to switch my choice for the next time.

Every thing is nice. Room is spacious neat and clean. Bathroom is very hygienic. Buffet breakfast is very good and delicious. But restaurant is pure veg. Dinner is also nice. we loved to stay here and recommend others too. Thanks for lovely hospitality .
