Hotel Di Arch Lucknow

The room was not upto the mark, it felt like a cheap railway station side hotel room

I have been staying at this hotel for the past three years, but this time my experience was not good at all. Hot water was only supplied after repeated requests. Even the mini bar didn’t have any complimentary snacks. In the morning, no one picked up the phone at the reception for almost an hour. I had to personally go to the counter to check out because nobody was answering the calls. Even getting a cup of tea in the morning was difficult. It’s really sad to see this condition, as this hotel used to maintain very high standards earlier. Who would want to stay in a hotel where mosquitoes bite all night? All night long, I was troubled by mosquitoes in the club room, even after complaining about it.

Overall stay is excellent hotel staff is very polite and cleaning of is also very good and location is good if want connectivity with city.

Stay was so comfortable and relaxing . Staff was so polite and the most important thing , ambience was so clean and hygienic .

Location of hotel is on the main road towards Lucknow Airport. Well appointed clean rooms with all basic amenities. One of the few hotels on this stretch which provides on premise parking.

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay overall, with just a few minor areas for improvement. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and easy to access. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-kept, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Service was friendly and professional, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It is value for money and only one issue is cleanness.
