Slow service and lack of manpower and no dental kit for premium suite room

It was a poor experience. Service was poor. Location was good. Chicken was awesome but room experience was not good as I requested for double bed room but they provided twin bed.

The hotel was good. We booked a Junior Suit, it was the same as shown in the picture and was spacious. The terrace restaurant was also good. But the food was average. Did not like the variety they served for breakfast. The hotel is too far from Jaipur city. Since all places to visit are in the city it took around an hour to reach everywhere. My overall experience was good

Our stay at Cygnett Style Ganga was a very comfortable one. The rooms were comfortable and neat having all the required basic amenities. The dental kit, hand towel and footwear is provided on request. The housekeeping was of an excellent standard and the service was very prompt. The lack of in-house laundry service makes it slightly difficult to get your clothes washed / pressed on priority. The restaurant was of a decent standard with a good though limited spread for breakfast. However when we wanted to order something in our rooms , several items listed on the menu was not available. Need to correct this as was ensure the food served on the buffet is warm enough. Overall the experience has been good.

The hotel is approx 8km to airport.very comfortable , with nice ambience and cleanliness also make us feel it's a 4 star hotel experience.

Overall good experience. The food was tasty and well-prepared. The staff were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to requests, making the visit comfortable. Car parking facilities are there.

Our stay in Cygnett was amazing. Truly we felt home and relaxed. The staff here was cooperative, polite and always available. Definitely plan your stay here. Also the food was excellent.

Rooms are neat & tidy with ample amount of light. Interiors are good. breakfast is excellent and food lunch & dinner is also good.

Stayed for 2 nights with family. This place has nice and clean room. Food was good, we enjoyed thoroughly. Would like to suggest to make breakfast better with local options as Idlis were far away from OG southern taste-shape-colour-softness.

I recently stayed at cygnett and had a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The location was also perfect for exploring.

The staff is really rude didn’t let my partner finish her online business meeting and we also had complimentary late checkout of 3 hours they said no you are not allowed for that. And then they cut the call in the middle without any greetings it was terrible staying in this hotel

It was my second stay here n this is absolutely fantastic... location is good , bear to airport and near to market...

This is best option hotel available in given in this budget with all necessary facilities and good room service. Overall good and satisfactory. One recommendation to hotel management to make room equipped with study table.

Really good place to stay if u r looking in Jagatpura. Person at the reception was very helpful allowed an early check-in with a free of cost room upgrade as well. Stayed for a couple of days and the rooms were really clean & well maintained hygiene. Food was also good with good options at the complementary breakfast. No complaints at all.
